The room was very spacious and the location was perfect, walking distance to the Duomo and other attractions. We paid for the breakfast $8.00 with a voucher. The breakfast location was in the corner of the B&B. Excellent breakfast. Andre, the owner was amazing! Very accommodating. My husband had a problem with the pillows the first night and I requested for a softer pillows. Andre made this happened. He was also very helpful in booking the taxi to the airport.

I have two suggestions, not complaints. It will be nice to have a light fixture in the shower. Also, the shower door didn't close all the way.

Everything! The owner was so accommodating! He met us at the door and provided us with a map pointing out places of interest and making restaurant recommendations. The room was beautiful, roomy and very clean. It was located in a small alley very close to the Uffizi and walkable to everything. The patio was magical and we made a point to sit on it every night to enjoy the fresh air and ambiance. The shared kitchen was a luxury. There is noise from the street at night but if you have the air conditioner on you will not hear it. There are steps to get to the B&B so if you are mobility impaired be informed. The owner kindly carried my bag up for me. We would not consider staying anywhere else if we ever return to Florence. It was perfect!

Absolutely nothing.

We loved it here. It's so centrally located, an easy walk to all the main attractions in the centre including the Duomo, Piazza de la Signoria, the Uffizi and over the bridge to Piazzale San Michelangelo. We did a LOT of walking around and it was great to be able to pop back for a break before heading out again as the location was so central. There were lots of shops and restaurants on the main road you come back to reach Via Rustici (where the property is located), so we felt safe coming back even later at night. Despite being close to the centre it's on is quiet road and the room felt very peaceful. It was lovely be close enough to hear the famous Florentine bells (familiar from watching A room with a view!). The beds were comfortable and the rooms was really spacious. The hosts were charming and welcoming, on hand on arrival and responsive to any texts with a question. It was handy to have the kitchen and use of a small, shared fridge. The air con was very welcome and worked really well which was a relief as we came during a hot spell. We would definitely stay here again another time and would highly recommend. There's a pasticceria right opposite to grab pastries for breakfast, either to bring back to the kitchen, or eat at the tables right there and no shortage of restaurants on surrounding streets (and a fruit shop a couple of streets away).

Not really a negative - but there is a flight of stairs to get up on arrival and no lift/elevator, so worth being aware of this for anyone with mobility challenges. The hosts were happy to help with luggage etc.

The room was very spacious and the location was ideal. The room including the bathroom were immaculately clean and the room was made up and refreshed each day. Andrea (the host) was so accommodating and happy to assist with anything my mother and I needed.

Travelling with my older mother the stairs were a challenge. I would’ve still stayed it was so perfect but would’ve liked a warning in the details so I could’ve prepared better. But would not prevent me staying again it was so good.

The room was large bright and airy. It had everything we needed including bottles of water which we could get from the kitchen whenever we needed. The bathroom was well appointed and the bed was huge. Two large shuttered windows overlooked the street. Andrea was so helpful on advising us where to eat and what to see. He also advised us to catch the bus - just a few minutes walk away, to the train station. It was only a euro and a few cents each versus 20€ for a taxi

Probably the steps up to the accommodation 🤣

The B&B was very clean and in a great location. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The shared kitchen is a plus! Love the terrace too. The room was so big and very comfortable. We had an issue with my husband’s wallet (got stolen in Rome) and they were so understanding and allowed us to pay for the taxes when we return to USA (nowadays, who does that?) that to us was priceless! So thankful for that! Book this B&B… you will not regret it!

Everything! It felt so homey, the unit was spacious and always very clean! It was very comfortable. The location was also the best!! It was near enough to the happening areas, but inside enough of the city that it wasn't noisy. Love love love the location! Andreas was also great, he gave us amazing suggestions of where to go and eat. I loved that they also provided a communal kitchen where we could get bottles of water and store our leftover food!

Nothing!!

We had many delays with our flights but Andreas was wonderful and made sure we were able to get in even though it was late. The room and bathroom were very clean! The breakfast location was perfect, the food delicious! The location of the B&B was excellent, very close to everything we wanted to see, could walk everywhere but was on a quiet street. Andreas even arranged for an early morning taxi for us to get to the airport. Will stay here again!

Location is superb! A very quiet road just off the hussle and bustle of the city's activities. You are only a short distance to the river, lots of other sight seeing locations are walkable, as are lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts communicated really well before our arrival with answers to our questions. They also left a city map in the room, highlighting the sights and suggestions for restaurants.

It had a kettle and tea/coffee, sugar etc. but no milk pots or sachets found? Had to have my cuppa in the room black- but outside , just a 100m walk to the end of the road there was a coffee shop that could be used for breakfast.

Very spacious and welcoming, Andreas was so so helpful. Non noisy a/c yet powerful enough to feel cool and the room was so clean, the bed was really comfortable too. The veranda was smaller than expected but still pretty to sit and relax in for a short while. The kitchenette was handy also. Not a noisy property which was good. It was in a fantastic location and everything so quick and easy to walk to given it’s just behind one of the main squares (de Senorita). We sought help from Andreas for some birthday cakes/party reservation suggestions and he was SO helpful, making calls and telling us where to buy cake. Really helpful and friendly so you have an added feeling of being safe, being looked after during the stay. The 30 steps up were pretty easy, not steep and two spots to take a break lol!

More hangers in the wardrobe lol! Nothing really; I did think it was B&B I had booked but instructions shared resolved that & there was a kitchen if we wanted to bring breakfast in but with so much at the door, no need! Seemed expensive for 3nts for just a room but everywhere seemed to be that price and we would absolutely stay here again so all good. Just be mindful of the tourist tax to pay on last day!! Save some cash! Lol
