I liked the location, it's perfect to explore Florence by foot. The room was spacious enough, everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's not a big deal, but since this accommodation does not have a reception, it's very important to confirm the arrival time, and checkins after 6pm are charged additionally, which I never experienced before.

Location was excellent, central to everything.

With no reception at the location and not having access to wifi, it was difficult contacting the reception to let us in. We were lucky that another guest was entering and helped us contact the hotel. Once we made contact the service was excellent.

The location is perfect with eateries close by and a coffee shop within a few feet. The bed was comfortable but I had to ask for an extra pillow to sleep with under my knees and that was provided quickly. There is an elevator which is very helpful. We did not use the common area with a coffee machine and tables. The host was wonderful in suggesting places we should visit and great restaurants that the locals frequent.

The most distressing thing was that the shower leaked water onto the tile floor. We’d sop it up with a towel but on our last morning there my husband slipped and fell and hit his elbow hard. Fortunately he didn’t hit the porcelain with his head. There was always noise from the room right above us starting around 6-6:30 am with pattering feet chairs scraping across the floor, etc.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were met at the apartment by the lovely Marzia who got us checked in and gave us the heads up on the city. The location is just about as good as it gets. Literally a couple of minutes walk to the Uffizi/Piazza della Signoria and less than 10 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and Santa Croce. The room is beautifully finished and furnished and the bed very comfy. The bathroom is fab. All very stylish. Important to realise that there are two or three other bedrooms inside the apartment which are sold separately, all sharing a common kitchen area. This would make it the perfect place to stay for a group of people travelling together. We could hear other people in the apartment from time to time but never crossed paths with them. Overall, a really lovely place to stay.

Not a criticism, but important to realise that you may be sharing the kitchen area with others. You're not necessarily getting the whole apartment to yourself!

When we entered the apartment we were blown away!! Such a lovely space in the city centre close to all attractions. Including a lovely bathtub. The apartment was very clean and everything worked as it should. Duccio helped us get started and gave us a map with suggestions for places to visit. Great lighting and amazing airco!! (2 airco systems in the apartment)

The WiFi connection was quite unstable. It would be an issue if we didn't have mobile data.

The room was big and beautifully decorated. It was very very quiet with a comfy bed for a great nights sleep. Every possible need was anticipated. The owner/ host Ducca was very friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located down the street from the Uffizzi. There are plenty of places to eat and shop on the street downstairs. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it as an excellent place to stay in Florence!

Everything was fabulous, there is nothing not to like!

Absolutely perfect location with all the atmosphere of the old town. Everything you need - culture, food, entertainment - is under your nose. Surprisingly it turned out to be a comparatively quiet place despite being in the heart of the city tourist zone.

Nothing that deserves mentioning.

The B&B is in the perfect location in the city center and you are at walking distance from everything you want to see and all restaurants. The host was helpful in providing some advice on where to have lunch or dinner. The rooms were spacious and clean; there is no option to have breakfast, but you have plenty of options just on the same street.

The only negative note is about the parking. We used the parking Garage dei Tintori and the expectation was to be charged for the time spent there, but they count a full day even if you arrive in the evening and leave the next morning, so you end up paying for 2 full days anyway. Please be aware of that, we found this not transparent at all and felt cheated.

Great location a 5 minute walk from the Arno, the Uffizi and easy to get to all the main sites as well as cross the river for good food and drink. The room was comfortable and a good size as was the bathroom. There's a walk in closet with mini fridge which was very handy for snacks and bottles of water. Marzia was helpful and offered suggestions of places for food and also helped arrange a taxi for me leaving. Despite being on a busy street the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Great location for exploring Florence.
