The rooftop terrace was fabulous. The pizza was outstanding…….I can’t stop thinking of that pizza!! Our waiter on the rooftop was excellent and made the best Aperol Spritz!

Would have liked free & unlimited access to the pool (not prebook & limited a one hour time slot)

Pool, spa, sauna and steam room were very welcome facilities after a long day of walking. The rooms were nice and big with lots of space. What's more, they were super clean and the staff super friendly. Location is probably not ideal; my wife and daughter weren't too keen to walk an additional 1.5km at the end of a long day of sightseeing. It didn't bother me too much, it was nice to come back to a very clean, friendly hotel.

Location is a little out of the way. However, there are some great restaurants and coffee bars nearby. It's just a bit of a trek to the old city centre; but the trek can be interesting too ;)

All the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They ordered taxis for us, arranged and re-arranged spa-treatments, went looking for my lost earrings, etc. Special compliment for Ducco! Also breakfast was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It was extremely clean, very comfortable bed, nice little kitchenette that was stuffed with all necessary kitchen equipment. Special thanks for having a Real AC in the room and the hotel itself, where you can cool down and relax after being under the hot sun for the whole day! We appreciate it! Another, of the most important point for us, was the presence of the garage on the hotel's property, so we didn't worry about our car for the whole stay. It was easy to navigate and very convenient location, which is out of ZTL zone, makes this hotel beat up the others. This hotel is very close to all the attractions but far from the crowd, so you can fully recharge your batteries in a quite and cozy space and be ready to discover all the treasures that beautiful Florence has stored for you!

The water in the pool could be a bit cooler.

Good Location - easy 15 minute walk into the centre. The staff are lovely :) One of a very few hotels that were central but also had parking and a pool. Rooms are large & comfortable. A kettle was provided, free of charge, on request. The pool needed booking - but this was easy & not busy. It’s a spa pool, so it’s warm! The evening view from the terrace is gorgeous.

These are self catering apartments so there is no food here & if you’re thinking you might use the laundry - bring a washing pod. And bring wine for the terrace view at night!

We booked because it had a pool, but unfortunately were only there for one night so didn't have time to use it. The location is fantastic and just outside the old city, but an easy walk into the centre. Really well located, and the rooms are a great size, with nice light and high ceilings. The staff were so fantastic, great communicators and very friendly. Lot's of nice facilities as well.

I'm getting picky now. The pool water temperature was very hot, though as mentioned, we didn't get to use it. They had electric car charging but really need fast chargers. Hard to complain to be honest.

The room is equipped with a small kitchen with all the furniture are nicely cleaned. The terrace has 3 different levels which allow you to have a very relaxed afternoon if you plan to stay inside the hotel or want to have a sun bath. The top is a jacuzzi pool where you can enjoy the superb city panoramic view with an additional charge. The front staff are very helpful and offer me great suggestion for transport around the city.

The site is in close proximity to the main road but the sound proof effect of the windows, the walls and doors are excellent.

The staff were all exceptional. So helpful, recommending brilliant places to eat and making the bookings for us. Didn’t like that you could only use the spa for one hour a day and had to book. Would’ve preferred to be able to go a bit more flexibly. The apartment was brilliant - huge space. Highlight was the jacuzzi on the rooftop - worth every penny to watch the sunset.

The water in the hot tub could be hotter! Was only warm. The shower in our room wasn’t very powerful. Not great view from our room, but the location is good- Florence is small so can walk to most places easily.

Our room was very nice and spacious. Our king size bed was fantastic. Loved the option of having wine upon our arrival, and an ice cold water fountain on site. The people at the front desk were super friendly- Niccolo especially- he was very sincere and helpful! The view from the rooftop was amazing.

More pillows on the bed and a dresser to put our clothes in. The closet did not fit both our clothes. Our room was right outside the maid closet and in the morning we could hear them opening and shutting the closet loudly.

staff were extremely helpful and polite. the pool facilities were amazing, lovely room, clean, comfortable and the balcony view was great. ideal position for the rest of the city and travelling around d.

was a shame the sauna etc were out of use but was due to covid, not the hotel itself. also wish we were there whilst the spa treatments were available but we stayed Mon-Thurs and they’re available Thurs-Sun.
