OMG this place is truly amazing and beautiful, since the moment you walk in you feel like you’re in heaven, so clean, beautiful, peaceful. Breakfast is great, service is amazing, front desk staff are awesome. This place is very close to train station and about 10 minutes walking to the center. Very very nice place. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. For us was a great experience, I’ll definitely be back again.

We were in Florence for 3 nights and this was a fabulous stay! It was central and walkable to the Duomo and local sites. There are many great restaurants in the nearby neighborhood, and the concierge was super helpful with booking and recommendations! We took advantage of the spa, I had an amazing massage and the sauna and steam room were perfect. We also enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the Duomo. Breakfast was fantastic, however not included in the price of the room.

The only thing I was surprised about what breakfast was not included, this should be more clear in the description. Most Bed and Breakfasts (name of the establishment on their sign), include breakfast.

Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed all the extra areas to sit and relax such as the rooftop, in the courtyard and in the spa. Breakfast was an additional cost which we had once and there was a good selection of food although not a lot of hot food choice if that is your preference. Short walk into the main area and close to hop off/on bus stop.

Our room was situated right near the breakfast room and toilet so there was a lot of noise from 630am onwards whilst this was being set up/served and people using the toilets slamming doors. Luckily I had earplugs with me as I am a light sleeper but had I not this would have been very disruptive.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and it always provides the same excellent service. Location is perfect, facilities are great, Clara the massage therapist was excellent and rooftop area is fantastic with outstanding views. Loved the surrounding neighbourhood bars and restaurants. Pizza restaurant la luna was just beautiful and food was delicious.

Location is good, loved the wellness spa. Guests should be aware that you must book to use the pool and jacuzzi in high season and jacuzzi terrace has a charge. This didn’t deter us, we didn’t get time. We would definitely return. A couple of good nights sleep and a great start to our holiday. Staff were very polite and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast not included. This wasn’t clear on the booking.com price list. The hotel offered this once we arrived but for 5 of us it was an added cost that we hadn’t accounted for.

Clean, bed was comfortable and I was able to use air conditioning to cool down the room.

I did not love the location of the hotel or the room itself. The location is far from the city center…yes you can walk it but it is far from the activity. The room I stayed in was on the basement of a separate building. I was by myself and slightly creeped out. But it was fine lol, I did survive! I did not use the spa services but they did look very nice!

The hotel provided a warm welcome - the staff were always very helpful. Our room was modern, nice and clean. The little details in place such as providing a good coffee machine and water chilling in the fridge all add up and contributes to us having a lovely stay in this property. The spa/swimming pool area is well maintained and has a nice peaceful vibe.

This is probably one of the best value for money quality hotels in Florence. Spa is also fantastic and rivals more expensive establishments

It’s on the edge of city, but still within walking distance. I believe that this is less of an issue for the apartments, but our room was right on the breakfast room, which meant that we got woken up early in the morning. There was also an ant problem in the bathroom.

The Spa and pool is wonderful very clean, plush and fancy, the pool, sauna and steam are high spec and modern with funky lights so really nice relaxing atmosphere, we also booked the roof top hot tub - it's an extra cost but I highly recommend booking during your stay. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Also LGBTQ friendly.

Our room was in the basement and had a very slight damp smell, but it wasn't off-putting, you only notice when you first walk in and you get used to it very quickly and don't notice. I would say it's a little further out of the city, but only a short bus or taxi ride into the centre for the main attractions but there are some lovely restaurants near by. The location was also quiet, which you might not get in the centre and is worth the extra distance for the benefits of having the spa access.

I loved this hotel a lot. There were few distinguishing points about it: 1/ fantastic staff taking care of the parking. you handle the car’s keys and they do the magic. it’s priceless in Italy. 2/ rooftop jacuzzi: again fantastic staff advised to book it for sunset and it was simply gorgeous. we traveled with my mom and aunt and they felt they are in a movie. it was amazing. 3/ pet friendly: my dog Vanilka felt at home there; 4/ fantastic location. we enjoyed our stay a lot.
