Perfect location for whrn you have limited time in Florence as it is close to the station and close to all the attractions of this very beautiful city. I also appreciated that they offer single rooms for solo travelers.

The wifi was not great which if you're a tourist shouldn't really be a problem. I needed to make a few video calls and found it to be unstable and not very strong.

Very conveniently located

The hotel asks cash payment for city tax, which is unexpected, most hotels will allow card payment but this hotel insists cash so it is very inconvenient to prepare cash out!

Great location and staff helpful. The rooftop is lovely, especially at night.

It was disappointing that you were not allowed to take food to the rooftop. The hotel supplies drinks but would have been nice to have some cheese and wine. There also isn’t any umbrellas so you can’t use it on hot days until the shade hits one side. Even then there is only 6 chairs on that side. The air conditioning is not allowed to be touched so what it was set on (dry) didn’t really cool the room. The hairdryer in our room cut out after 5 mins so you had to wait 10-15 mins before you could use it again. Lastly the website said kettle in room but there wasn’t and when we asked we were told I was looking at the wrong website of which I pointed out I wasn’t. The facilities list needs to be updated. All the things on the list are not there.

The roof terrace was a lovely spot to sit with a drink to watch the sun go down. Facilities were clean and breakfast was good.

Difficult to find and whilst it was close to all the main tourist areas the location felt a bit grubby compared to other parts of Florence.

Good Central location. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. Very quiet room. Good air con and WiFi. Very close to train station. Lovely rooftop terrace with great views.

I could feel the springs in the mattress so maybe a topper or renewal (room 1a) would be beneficial. The shower was hot but the shower head clip did not hold the shower head and it pointed at the floor so needs replacing. There was no shade on the rooftop terrace so too hot to use it unfortunately.It was also slightly hard to find but is next to Woodys. Take the first lift when you go through the doors..it tucked away to your left and then go to floor 5.

This hotel had everything you need after a full day of sightseeing, learning history, and touring monuments - a hot, clean shower with fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a delicious variety. The best parts were the view from the rooftop and location to all the historical monuments.

Like all over Italy, the walls, doors, and windows are all so thin that we could hear every conversation going on in adjacent rooms, in the hallways, and in the courtyard. Bring melatonin so you can sleep through that! We had also asked the staff to help do something about the mosquitoes and the AC that didn’t work but that didn’t seem to be resolved. So even in October, we were sweating on our 3rd floor room.

Rooftop with small bar was excellent and cooler than being down in the streets in hot nights in summer. Room a good size with nice, but basic bathroom. Shower might be hard to use for larger or for people with mobility issues. Breakfast has everything you need including coffee made by staff. Got a taxi from train station due to heat, but it’s easily within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Main market maybe 200m away and has heaps of food and shopping.

Air conditioning didn’t work very well and there was a smell in the room - hard to say if from bathroom or air conditioning.

The location is perfect, very close to the main square, bars and restaurant. Train station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is on the 5th floor so found it quiet safe as there is a main gate that only guests can access

On first entry to our room there was an awful sewer/drain smell. The bathroom was worse. There was plug in air fresheners in the wall and diffusers on top of the wardrobe so they are aware of the smell. We stayed 3 nights and the smell was there our entire stay, it was quiet nauseating. We had to turn off the heat as the smell was worse when the heat was on. Also for a non smoking hotel all we could smell was cigarette smoke. If your given a key for room 515 it stinks.

The room was convenient and was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, and all the staff were polite, helpful and excellent in every way. We had good weather during our visit and therefore the terrace on the roof was fantastic to have a drink at in the evenings with a good view over the city and the surroundings. The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the food market and a street full of restaurants and wine bars. If you are fine with a three star hotel, this is hard to beat. You will not be disappointed!

A couple of minor details: the air condition (which I am grateful for) was quite loud. The shower only had a roof shower and no hose. A soap at the sink would have been good.

The location is very close to the food/shopping market, S.M.N train station. and a bunch of restaurants. Also, guests are given a key to get into the gate so it feels pretty safe. As soon as we checked in, the receptionist gave us a map and marked places he recommended to visit including local favorites. The staff were very helpful and kind whenever we needed accommodations.

Needed to go to front desk to get the remote for AC instead of it just being in the room. Since the hotel is located on a busy street, it does get noisy sometimes. At some point, the room did have a strong smell of piss, unsure if that came from the drains. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.
