Location was great, very walkable

The shower is very small, and it leaked onto the floor a bit.

An excellent hotel with a great location. The room and bathroom were clean and has everything you could ask for. Everything in the mini bar was complimentary and guests can use the coffee machine at reception also free of charge. The lady at receptuon was extremely polite and kindly let us sit at reception while our room was getting prepared. Self check in is an option. The room is in close proximity to all main attractions and there are two supermarkets and a pharmacy right across the street. Great value for the money and an amazing option if you wish to discover Florence.

Location was perfect for all parts of Florence that we wanted to visit. The road was noisy at times but no more than we expected. Reception staff on site were really helpful. Communication prior to stay was friendly and informative. I have always been told feedback is a gift, so possible suggestion of making rooms a little more soundproof as perhaps we were just unlucky as people in room above us were loud, walking around, frequently dropped things on their floor that echoed very loudly in our room, always in the middle of the night. The rooms have exactly what is needed and only 10 minutes walk from the station, nice touch of complimentary mini bar too, thank you. We are already planning on a return visit and would stay again.

The location couldn't be better! You can walk to pretty much every place nearby, plus the vibe around the hotel is great—with tons of awesome restaurants and a convenience store right across the street. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. They even refill your water for free every day, and the snacks and drinks in the mini bar? Yep, those are free too! Even though the hotel looks a bit old from the outside, you can tell that the design details were clearly thought out by the folks running the place.

Great size room, very clean, and very comfortable bed. We loved the drinks and snacks included as part of the mini bar. I also recommend getting breakfast included, as the cafe (Bar Sieni) is only a short walk from the accommodation and has amazing coffee and pastries. The location is perfect. We loved how close it was to train station when we arrived, but also walking distance to all the big sights in Florence! Thank you for your lovely hospitality Maria

Stairs and no lift was a little challenging with suitcases but we managed fine

The location was excellent as a short walk from the main train station and local to lots of bars and restaurants, the market was just around the corner and lots of the sights we were hoping to see were all within easy walking distance

The room was slightly darker than some of the images of the rooms as shown on the website but I imagine this is just luck of the draw as to what one you are allocated upon arrival. Also as the reception isn’t manned 24 hours the front access door could use some adjusting so that it shuts securely behind you as on a few occasions we found it to be open after people having either entered or exited and not pulled it to behind them as was necessary.

we were on the top floor and there is no lift - it wasn’t a problem for us but could be for someone else. (only three floors up)

Location was perfect and Maria was a wonderful host. Our flight was delayed and she was very helpful and understanding when we arrived way past our expected arrival. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe and options were plentiful. I miss my morning cappuccinos in there. Room was very quiet and had everything we needed. Within a minute, we were at the Duomo and in the heart of everything. Would definitely recommend a stay at Sette Angeli.

Leaving beautiful Florence. Wish I could stay forever.

Location is excellent, very close to the Duomo. The hosts were eady to communicate, both by mail and in person. I got the room that looked exactly like on Booking.com photos. Bottled water, tea, kettle, cookies, espresso machine, packed peanuts were freely available in the room and reception. I loved the bed and beddings. Room has AC, fridge, lasy chair, desk and chair as well. I think it is excellent value for money.

Central location and the reception staff were very helpful on arrival and during my curtailed stay. Room was small overall but comfortable for a solo traveler. I cut short my stay in Florence so did not get the benefit of the intended duration of my stay.

Not easy to find on the street. It is a non-descript door on a very busy street and I walked past it several times before eventually locating it. Difficult to ventilate the room without opening the windows onto what is n exceptionally narrow and noisy street outside.
