We spent our first wedding anniversary here, such an absolute gem in Florence. On arrival we received an upgrade and bubbles. Very friendly helpful staff. Central location, great transport links and fantastic views from the roof terrace bar at the sister hotel next door

We stayed on the third floor, accessible via a lift but there are also a further four steps, which I slipped down. Perhaps some non slip tape on the edge of each one would be beneficial as it could be an older person next time.

Location! Easy to get to the sites. We were 10-15 minutes walking to everything important. Also the staff is like a 5 star hotel. So helpful and knowledgeable. Called our taxi for us, gave food recommendations, etc. Bed comfy tho! Very clean!

We were above a noisy Main Street. And you can here noisy neighbors scorching chairs or flushing toilets. Bring ear plugs and white noise app and you’ll be fine. Several repairs needed around the room, especially in bathroom. This is a 3 star hotel by American standards.

Great location, walkable distance from railway station and main attractions, the night was quiet, staff was friendly, there was elevator and concierge helped with luggages. The room gives you a feeling like you stay in the castle. The ceiling is high and made of wood like in the old days.

There was only showed gel in the shower. No shampoo, no conditioner. The view from our room was to the inner courtyard and other windows, probably it is because of the room type we have selected

Cool perfectly working aircon in the rooms. The staff were amazing and always friendly very accommodating and always went above and beyond to meet our requests. Our initial booking we requested two single beds but were provided with double bed the next morning staff changed this for us and upgraded our room too as there was a superior room available. Fresh croissants and water provided throughout the day. Late checkout time and option to leave bags in storage room for free if there is a late flight back to your country. I can not thank Hotel Atlantic Palace staff enough and my mum will be coming back to stay in September again.

The only issue was the bath would not always get cleaned but that is more so an issue with the cleaner. We did not want to complain so we cleaned the bath ourselves after every use.

We asked for a room with a view and they gave us an amazing view of the Santa Maria del Fiore and San Lorenzo’s cupola AND the room had a small terrace with a couple of chairs and table. The location is very convenient as it is just a couple of blocks from the train station. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The room needs some mantainance, the roof and walls had some humidity spots and there were some dust balls in some places, nothing terrible.

Reception staff were very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and gave me a city map showing me the crucial sites to visit. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, they gave natural and sparkling water in the room. They have the best, most comfortable pillows of any hotel I have stayed on this journey.

They could patch up a few imperfections in the wall to make it cosier. There were a few bits of water damage from the balcony that detracted from the overall quality.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to Santa Maria del Fiore and the rest of the tourist objectives. Big, comfy bed and nice breakfast

Bathroom needs a bit if renovating... One night, the fire alarm started ringing ( turns out there was a fire at a restaurant nearby) and we all went downstairs at 5 am! The receptionist seemed quite unprepared for these kind of situations...

Breakfast was great, the location is perfect- very close to the train station and also very close walking distance to city center, reception area is very nice and also the personnel is helpful and nice.

The air conditioning did not work in the room, and only in the last day of our stay they proposed to bring in a fan even if we reported the deviation from the first day. Also the bathroom was not like in the pictures.

The location was very very good. It is walking distance from Firenze-SMN Train Station and bus stop for Firenze The Mall Outlet Stores. There are a lot of good restaurants near the area and tourist spots. The room was comfortable.

The only downside here is that you can hear the people in the streets during busy hours, if your room is facing the streets. But it is bearable and I would still recommend people to stay here.
