The location is perfect. Few minutes walk from the train station and from the city center. In the area there are plenty of nice restaurants and the mercato centrale. The room was a bit old fashioned (as well as the rest of the place) but it was clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

If you can’t deal with the noise overnight, I won’t recommend you to stay there. You can hear the traffic from the street, anytime someone takes the lift and people taking a shower and SNORING from the floor above. The breakfast was ok, poor selection of savoury. The tv doesn’t have Netflix or other streaming options.

breakfast buffet was great, really close to the centre of Florence so for the price this was amazing ! also very near the station which was helpful. Majority of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Location great. Easy walking distance to everything. The rooms were large and comfortable. Good bathroom. Fabulous breakfast was so much better than we expected.

Parking outside to drop off luggage was tight as space outside was roped off. OK once we moved the bollards but would be good to have a notice saying it was ok to drop off there. We left something in a wardrobe (entirely our fault) but even though we contacted the hotel within hours they could not find it - sadly we have to assume it was taken. That was disappointing but it was our fault and the hotel said they tried to locate it.

Hotel was located really centric (close to the train station). That has a bonus and also a disadvantage meaning that it is very busy when exiting the hotel and going into the city centre; busy road with a lot of traffic in front and market on the street in the adjacent streets. BTW, inside the room it is nice and quiet. Also the breakfast buffet was a bit limited in options (especially compared to our previous stay). One tip if you arrive by car, park it outside the city next to the highway (Villa Constanza Parking) and take the tram to the city centre.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the train station. We took the taxi though, since it was raining and the roads are very narrow and uneven, and it would be very difficult to walk with our luggage. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The major attractions like the Academia (David) and the Basilica are within walking distance from the hotel. The room was also clean and very spacious. The front desk staff was very helpful. They booked us taxi ride to the station, and also safely kept our luggage after we checked out, since our train was in the afternoon, and we did some sightseeing in the morning.

The roads were very narrow and bumpy. There is no hot water kettle in the room, or any provision for tea/coffee. (It was not provided for safety reasons, I was told...). The price was on the higher side too.

Close to the train station. Reasonably priced and convenient. Close to the central market and leather street vendors. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was decent for price.

The room was much bigger than I expected, especially the bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the location, easy walk to and from the train station, 10 minutes to the Duomo and right next to a food and vendor market. Also easy walk to the Academie and the Uffizi area. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we asked questions.

It's off a busy street, so there was noise later into the night than I would have liked. It wasn't crazy, just typical for a city and if we were on a little higher floor it or on the other side of the hotel it would have been better. Not noisy enough to keep me from going back there, however.

The location is brilliant. The staff overall were nice. The room despite the lights issue which was just one of them things was roomy comfortable and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

We had a couple of issues the water wouldn't stay in bath drained away as quick as you could fill it. On our last night the lights went faulty so you couldn't turn them off. Staff couldn't sort it. No other rooms free so not a very good night's sleep! A few weeks later after complaining we were refunded some money so it was resolved in the end.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to train and tram stations and tourist attractions. Walking distance to most of the main attractions. The room is comfortable and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this highly. Good value for the price.

I am not a fan of the automated coffee machine, but that is just personal taste. Breakfast was very good all and all.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, a dressing table with a mirror and a desk. Good size cupboard. The room was quiet, no noise from other rooms. Large variety of food offered for breakfast. Nice location near to a large selection of places to eat and the well-known food market that sells all kinds of foods from different vendors under one roof.

Although room was serviced daily, found that surfaces in the room were not wiped down and the floor was not swept properly, leaving them dusty.
