I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was perfect for a family of 4. It was very clean and spacious, especially for European standards. The ac worked great and was needed on the hot days we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, lots of options. They even have a water cooler for you to refill your water bottles at any time. The location was perfect. It was a 7-8 minute walk to any site we wanted to see and the train station. We didn't have to use any other method of transportation besides our feet.

The wifi was spotty at times, but it was not a big deal. The lobby area had nice couches to sit on where you could go or wait for your group.

The location and cleanliness was good comparing to the value paid. The staff were really helpful and they answered all my questions, made reservations like train, asked about trips. The staff were so cooperative. I liked it and will come again for sure

Beautifully clean room, had everything I needed. Perfectly situated a few minutes walk from the railway station and also only a few minutes to the river, the Ponte Vecchio and all the other main sites. Plenty of good restaurants within a couple of hundred metres. Slept very well, no external noise. Reception staff were very helpful and the lady doing the breakfasts was especially wonderful. I arrived at about 08.15 for a 1 night stay and was allowed to have breakfast that morning. The following morning I had to leave before breakfast was fully laid out but was still able to grab a coffee and a couple of croissants. Everybody was very accommodating.

This was in a great location, only a short walk from the train station and easy to walk to all attractions. We arrived in the morning and we’re given our rooms straight away as they were ready which meant we could freshen up before heading out for the day.lovely spacious rooms with great showers. The breakfast was fresh and was included in the price. Although lift is from the second floor, the staff helped carry the luggage up the stairs to the lift. My room was next to the lift but did not hear any noise. PowerPoints next to the bed for easy charging and plenty of space to unpack. Highly recommend and would book here again if I return to Florence

The hotel is at a prime location of the city near the shopping hubs and city attractions. Room was big in size with all amenities in place. Breakfast is served at a dining room on first floor. The spread is good and filling.

Heating was switched off that made the stay a bit uncomfortable due to rainy and cold weather. Hotel followed the calendar for heating but did not factor the freak cold weather. Heating control should be based on weather predictions of low temperatures and not calendar wise.

The location in Florence was very good we were able to walk to most attractions, restaurants and booked experiences. The rooms were not "large" but very functional and I was able store suitcase, get a good night of sleep, a quick croissant in the included breakfast with an espresso. So overall great value for the stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Like most of Italy, elevators in the boutique hotel category or 3 star are small, bathrooms small, rooms tend to be on the small side. Some of my equipment was not the latest in technology but as I stated before - very functional and clean.

Thank you for my time in Firenze. The location is totally perfect, close to the train station, but not too close. Really near to the center, so I didn't walk too far to the main objects. It was very quiet, I had good night time. Room is clean, good new lingerie, bathroom was also clean. Staff was super friendly, helped me with the small inconvenience with the warm water. Breakfast is very good, has warm dishes, fruits. And the bed! Very cosy. If I'll be back in Firenze I will choose this hotel again.

Great breakfast. Wide buffet with croissants, coffee, cereals, fruits, yoghurt and so on. Comfortable bed. Wifi works. Nice location. Not far from train station. Near city center, but located on small street, so it is not noisy. There is grogery shop next to hotel and also restaurants nearby. Air condition works. It is not too hot and not cold either. There is a water automate and you can fill your bottle there, so no need to buy plactic bottles and carry them to hotel.

Price could have been bit cheaper. Hotel is good but not that good. There was a big crockcroach in bathroom.

The room was super small. I struggled to find a space to open the luggage. If you are two with two suitcases maybe the room can be small. On Saturday the street below was loud but I had the earplugs and I slept anyway.

Very close to Train station - centrally located near restaurants and across from a mini-mart. Brand new fully remodeled bathroom was great with good hot water pressure! Room was clean and reasonably sized (see room problems below) and they added a fridge with complementary water the second day. Quiet with double windows. Staff friendly and helpful! Very nice lobby (floor zero). Very nice continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage (which is like hot-dogs in Europe). Nice multiple flavor coffee and hot-chocolate maker.

The laminate flooring was coming up on the right side of the bed. Bed was two twins pushed together and hard on one side and lumpy on the other with an inevitable division in the middle. Windows had no view to speak of. You have to carry your luggage up stairs to the first floor to the tiny elevator which has a second outer door you have to PUSH (in Italian) open. Nothing ADA compliant.
