The hotel is really nice and walking distance from everything in the Historic District of Florence and from every kind of transportation. My room was small but perfect for me, with a little balcony . Really nice breakfast room with very fresh breads and croissant and such, little terrace where you can sit and enjoy some quiet time. The staff was very nice and I am definitely going to book here for my next trip to Florence .

Only thing I wasn't crazy about is the fact that they don't have an elevator and there are some stairs to climb. If you have a heavy luggage can be challenging. However when I left one staff member helped me out to take it downstairs.

Great location! Very close to the train station and close to the “action” in town. And the hotel was very communicative. They had an emergency and couldn’t be there when I checked in, but they let me know and gave me all the details I needed to check myself in and get into my room. We caught up the next morning and took care of the necessary stuff. I loved my room. I had a cool room, that was part an old hallway that led into a loft bedroom. The only window looked down onto another hotel’s pool so I felt a little creepy, but it was easy enough to not stand in the window. Haha! Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was decent. Nothing special but got the day off to a good start. Delicious gelato place right across the street. Tons of food close by.

My room’s view looking out onto another hotel’s pool area was weird, but not at all a problem. Besides that I really enjoyed this hotel and would stay again next time I’m in Florence.

the bed is in need of replacement. there is a visible dent in the middle and I woke up with back pain every day.

The staff is very responsive over text and they are friendly and respectful. The location is unbelievably central, everywhere is pretty much walkable. The interior (common area) of the hotel is very tastefully decorated. The small terrace with my room was very nice. Also, the property feels very secure and safe. Overall great value for money and will definitely keep this one in mind next time I visit Firenze!

There were some other guests who unfortunately were having trouble calming their baby one night; so lots of noise that night, it is not the hotel's fault however. One thing that could make the stay even better is a plug point closer to the bed. Again, overall it is a very nice, clean, and central hotel and these are really minor things.

The location is absolutely amazing. The hotel is small and seems family owned, which adds a special charm to it. Breakfast is very basic but good! It was very clean and the staff offered to clean my room every day. Very pleasant stay!

The room was a bit small, although still had a fridge and a/c, both of which were very welcome. The one thing I’d change is put at least one plug/socket by the bed… But very pleasant stay.

Absolutely loved the place! Got a room which was clean and welcoming, had everything needed, bathroom was fully equipped too. Rooms are cleaned every day, the stuff was super helping and friendly. The placement is amazing, can reach each place of interest in 10-15 minutes by foot. I also had breakfast included. Quite a solid one with many things to choose from.

The only minus was the coldness. There was a heater but it was not working. Though the bed covers were warm and for sleeping wasn't a problem :)

Great central location and one of the cheapest hotel I could find around. AC worked well and they cleaned the room daily, incl. a change of towels. Overall good value for money.

The room doors are thin indoor-type doors, so in the morning you would hear everything from the breakfast area. Also, the main access door onto the streets is often left open, and while we didn't have any negative experience, it didn't always feel safe, as anyone could have - at least in theory - entered the facilities from the streets. The luggage deposit upon checkout consisted in leaving the luggage in the corridor under a desk, which was extremely unsafe, considering that the street door was wide open the whole time. We decided to rather pay for a private luggage deposit at the train station instead.

Great location 5 minutes from train station. Easy for day trips such as Pisa etc. I was checking out early before breakfast and the man preparing breakfast set-up allowed me to get a takeaway breakfast showing genuine caring. Great little external courtyard for breakfast Wine shop and small market opposite.

The location is great: near to the train station (10 minutes walk) and the city centre. The wonderful service: we arrived by train early in the morning. The welcome was very friendly, we could refresh ourselves and leave our luggage at the hotel. Aditionally, it was possible to leave the luggage the whole day on our day of departure. The whole staff is extremely service oriented.

Pretty good place for the value. Just a couple of blocks away from Santa Maria Novella train station as also a couple of blocks away from Firenze's Duomo. Very clean, rooms and the bathroom are quite small but very confortable. Has all it needs. Breakfast was amazing. The staff is very friendly, a bit restricted in trying to speak English or Spanish, but very helpful.

Nothing to dislike. Would return to stay at their place...
