Location is superb for a short touristy stay in Firenze. You cant really think of any better. The whole Historical Florence is in the real walking distance. Breakfast is very good. Staff is most helpful in making all arrangements and assist. Just ask. They hehelped us with virtually all our requests, including dinner bookings, directions, taxi, tickets etc. Internet working perfectly well ( 9 or 10). Car parking is payable and it is off the property. But it is perfectly handled by both: property and garage. Car picked up/delivered within 10-15 min from/at the door with no extra charge.

We dont think there is any space for complains. All is ran professionally and such service and location is having its extra value on the bill. It is not cheap, but it is worth the money.

The communication was excellent, I was afraid about the parking and the ztl.. You should talk to them via booking messages, they arrange everything. Manuela was so helpful, she reserved a table for us at a restaurant and was very responsive to all my questions. The room was great, clean and very preety.

We had considered our options before booking. The position within easy reach of all the sights was great. It was also quieter than the other side of the bridge and in easy walking distance of some of the best, unpretentious bars and restaurants of Santa Spirito and Oltrano. Manuela, GIorgio, and Giovanni were the most helpful brilliant hosts. Highly recommend!

Some people have mentioned noise; we stayed over the weekend of Liberation Day holiday. Yes, there was a little noise from people returning home in the wee small hours, but nothing to worry about. The bed was so comfortable it was easy to sleep. Especially after doing the "steps."

Great room, design and comfort. friendly staff working there and good arrangement with entering and leaving the hotel. Cozy and very soothing breakfast area. awesome roof height and loved the bathroom.

These are minor issues. - coffee was disappointing since italy is known for freshly ground great coffee - premade sandwiches at breakfast was dry, butter or some oil would’ve done the trick - boiled eggs was green and dry - the twin beds are fittes with very hard memory foam, should’ve been more softer. - the lights in the stairs did not work so it felt like walking in a dungeon, should be an easy fix

Everything about my stay at Palazzo Martellini Residenza d'epoca was exceptional. As I was arriving out of the normal reception hours, the team went above and beyond to ensure I could pick up my key to the residence. It is the absolute template of what an exclusive boutique hotel experience should be. The room was spacious, had a lovely modern bathroom, bedside lighting, air conditioning and a desk as well as a small table near the large windows which could be opened to let in the early morning freshness before the August heat arrived. A short walking distance to the Ponte Vecchio and had the benefit of being on the other side of the river Arno which provided a respite from the tourist crowds. I loved every moment of my stay here and can't wait to return. The staff, stay, room, location exceeded all my expectations. A wonderful, memorable stay.

I'm an early riser, so I like to have breakfast earlier than the scheduled times. However with a fruit platter and pastry board available 24/7 I was able to grab a bite if I had an early start.

Our suite was amazing and comfortable. The host and whole staff was exceptional, the breakfast was delicious. It was more than we had expected!

There is absolutely nothing that we didn't enjoy about our stay!

The location of the property is very convenient, walking distance to the main touristic objectives and restaurants. Nice smell everywhere and the entire property looks very cools & traditional italian. The breakfast room is so charming with marble tables and high ceilings.

Unfortunately it’s noisy and the windows are not doing the best job. I was able to sleep with earplugs only. The floors could be cleaner. The shower in our room had an issue and the water was pouring outside of the room 🥲🥹

A lovely building and a nice room. Air conditioning in room was good. Breakfast was simple but really lovely and finally, a place with great coffee which was hot! The staff were really great - friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and it was a great location to explore Florence. If and when we return to Florence, we would stay here again.

No water in the room which I always think is a shame (we did have a bottle out of the mini-bar which they did not charge us for).

Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to the suite which was absolutely stunning and beautiful! Manuella was the best and was so helpful throughout our stay - I can't say enough good things about her! The breakfast was also amazing, and they made us coffees each morning as well. This place is beautiful and the location is in walking distance to most everything you'll want to see! It was nice being on the other side of the river away from most of the tourism. Also, the beds were so comfortable!

Loved the breakfast, a continental breakfast with dairy free options, it was superb for me they even had oat and rice milk, the staff remembered which coffee you wanted the following morning and were very helpful indeed you could not fault them, just so helpful! I would highly recommend this place they even gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbles for breakfast for a 60th birthday with strawberries, it was just perfect!
