The location is great. The owner who greeted us on arrival was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and later messaged with suggestions for dinner and gelato. The beds were very hard. I had a stain on the throw on my bed, but this was remedied when I reported this. Our coffee pods were not replenished each day, but after asking we were given more. Breakfast is in a lovely chain of coffee shops, but it’s a good 5 minute walk away. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, in a good location, but if you have mobility issues, there are steps to climb before you can access the lift

Softer bed, no coffee and sugar being replenished without having to ask for it as you would have to wait until housekeeping came back the next day.

We are coming to Florence at least once a year. Santo Spirito Venti is located in our beloved Oltrarno area which is connected to some great spots for food and drinks. The host was very friendly welcoming us and we had no issues in communication. The room is spacious but silent and comfortable. We especially would like to mention the free water provided at the apartment.

No problem for us, but worth to mention: The elevator is really small which could be a problem for someone else. The safe in the room is loose, so it gives no real security to valuables as it might be taken as a whole.

Location was prime and the place was very clean and comfortable. Also the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The place was quiet and all I all I would recommend it. Bathroom was big and everything worked well.

The room might be small if you're carrying a lot of luggage and maybe a tad dark, but I suppose you don't go to Florence to stay inside the hotel room :)

Great Location! Newly redecorated.

We had trouble locating it as the numbering system was unusual. Residential and business numbers are not sequential. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station. The taxi line was very long. It was walk or taxi, no public transportation came to the area. Our host was rather upset that we took so long to arrive. I don’t think there is staff at the place unless someone is checking in and we were delayed looking for transportation and the unexpected building numbers.

The property was clean and spacious. It is well located to all the area attractions. The breakfast is at a nearby cafe and was very nice.

The property manager was not very pleasant. We arrived around 11:30 am or or so. Leonardo had contacted me the day before on WhatsApp which was good. I told him our train was arriving at 10:20. We arrived at the train station and it took us more time then expected to get orientated and walk with our suitcases to the property. Leonardo was clearly annoyed with us arriving later then expected. The problem is there is no staffed desk once you are checked in you are on your own. We definitely felt like we had inconvenienced him by paying to stay at the property.

Amazing location, clean rooms & host was super friendly & recommended us places to eat that weren’t touristy! It’s also directly across the street from a popular wine window which was really cool.

The entrance was a little bit scary looking. When you enter the door if it’s night time or dark out there is no light inside so we you have to use your phone as a flashlight in order to go up the stairs/elevator otherwise it will be pitch black. We were 3 girls so it was a bit unnerving but overall worth the money we paid.

The room was large and the air con was good The staff , Filipio was amazing and so helpful. The elevator was a plus! The added breakfast was quality but on Saturday they don’t open up til 830 which was late for day of departure. He adjusted the safe to get it working.

I was surprised it was an bed and breakfast because we thought it an apartment But we liked it regardless

Felipe, the man who welcomed us was great. Location is great. Beds were super big and confortable. There isn’t 24h reception, but they make sure you have everything you need.

The only negative was the leaking air conditioning, we had two rooms and in one it was fine because the unit was at the side so the water didn’t affect us, but in the other room the unit was located in an area where you have to walk and it became quite slippy and a little dangerous.

We loved the location and how close it was to great restaurants and sightseeing, but our room overlooked an interior courtyard so it was completely peaceful! Check in and check out was very easy. We arrived earlier than expected and they were kind enough to let us drop our bags off while they finished getting our room ready.

This is terribly American of us, but we would have loved to have a few more pillows.

Highly recommended!! The location is amazing and in the middle of the town. You will have access to almost all the shops and attractions, the property was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable, I was impressed with the sheets quality. Reserve it and you won’t regret your decision.
