The hotel was beautiful! The royal suite was gorgeous, huge and equipped with everything we needed. The bath in the royal suite is amazing! The design of the suite, the roof and the finishing touches are beautiful.

The royal suite is next to the entrance and hotel lobby so we could hear people coming in and out, staff chatting etc during the day.

The staff were so helpful and polite. They gave us a lot of useful information of the city and a map of the all the best places to visit. The location was excellent in the centro storico, right next to the bridge and walking distance to all the shops and sites of the city, The design of our room was very elegant and the bathroom perfectly combined modern with classic design, We would definitely return to this hotel to stay on our next visit to Florence.

The room was a little smaller than anticipated and the bed and pillows were a little hard. We would have preferred that water bottles were available free of charge for guests and not for an extra charge.

The staff is amazing, so incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is both beautiful and convenient without being too overrun by tourist traffic

This was an exceptional place to stay in Florence. The ambiance, the facilities and most of all the staff were fantastic. The rooms are great size and quite and very well decorated. Breakfast was a good variety and the staff on hand were very attentive. The location is right next to a main bridge so all the attractions are reasonable walking distance as are good restaurants and shopping. And the staff were just brilliant...couldnt be better. Helped us book a river boat ride and always were there to advise or help with the slightest request. You cannot go wrong with this hotel for location, room, staff or anything else....book it!

The location of the hotel is brilliant and is in easy distance to the city centre and all the main sites including the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizzi and the Duomo. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotless. But the best thing was the help we got from the staff who worked there. Inga was amazing. She was really welcoming and friendly and gave us some great suggestions, all of which were great. Nothing was too much trouble and we genuinely felt very looked after there. I would recommend staying here and we would definitely come back and stay next time we’re in Florence. Thank you for a great stay.

The aircon was ok but not brilliant, but we stayed during a heatwave so I’m not sure anywhere in Florence was cool!

Inga greeted us with a huge smile and an amazing welcome. She made the check in process a pleasure and took her time to make sure all our questions were answered. Evita took our bags to our room and greeted us and chatted to us throughout our stay to make sure we had all we needed. We met Ezra on the last day and she too is a delight to deal with. We don’t remember the names of the other staff, apologies, but all were wonderful. The room was spotless and comfortable and breakfast was delicious.The property is situated on a quiet street minutes away from everything! Hopefully we can go back to visit again!!

The property is amazing. Well located in the center of Firenze and in a historic building with high ceilings. It really felt like a Palazzo and was so nice to have a huge bathroom and living space in addition to a bedroom. Also appreciated that there was cream, sugar, and a Nespresso machine in the room.

It was a bit difficult to find since I didn’t realize the lobby area was across the street from my actual room. It would have been nice to somehow communicate that by message rather than just with the long copy and paste messages that always get sent with hotel reservations these days.

Wonderful location - 2 minutes walk to the river. If you are comfortable with walking then it is very near to the historical buildings and museums and bridges by foot. The hotel room was fantastic, the water was lovely and hot and the bed very comfortable. A couple of little cafes nearby to get an early breakfast on the go if needed. Lots of restaurants in nearby streets too. Anja was our host and was so helpful and friendly, she made our trip much better by taking the time to go through the map with us and recommend restaurants and nice places to see!

Some free bottled water in the room would have been nice although it was available via the mini bar anyway

This was probably the best experience of our France and Italy vacation, and there were many good ones. First, the staff were exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and very informative; especially the young lady who checked us in and saw at other times as well. Second, the room was very large and beautiful. I am not sure if all the rooms are the same, but it even had a fresco on the ceiling that was discovered during the renovation. The staff gave us a lot of great information, including wonderful restaurants to go to. Loved our stay; wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo, where the kind and helpful Evita who welcomed us made us feel right at home. The apartment was absolutely fantastic, providing ample space and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was delightful, and the bedding was superb. Moreover, Evita provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the center of Florence. All staff were excellent and we have also appreciated the very good breakfast served in a beautiful room. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. We could not imagine a better place to stay when we come again to Florence.
