The views and private beach were why we chose this hotel. There are several restaurants in the immediate area. Initially I was concerned how the parking and car shuttles worked, but it was easy. The hotel staff even made special shuttle arrangements for us when we had to meet our tour guide very early in the morning. They even called the tour company and got them to change the pickup location.

I had anticipated long walks along the shoreline, but part of the area wasn’t yet open for the summer season. There are no stores.

The staff Imma, Enzo, Luca, Antonio, Michaela and all the others were very nice all the time and were very helpful with a problem we had with the car, also calling several times for us. The hotel is located just in front of the sea, a few steps walking, although the room was small but very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. They had a shuttle all the time to the parking lot, the bus stop and back. From the bus stop you can walk to Sorrento about 20 min. A simple but enough breakfast is served in the restaurant in ground floor of the hotel. They have also a very good menu for dinner. Magnificent place to spend a few days!! We'd love to come back!!!

When we first arrived, we didn't know what to expect as it was a much quieter area of the coast compared to other parts along the Amlafi, however it quickly became our favourite after spending more time relaxing on the beach and getting to know the locals/ people - a few of which we became close friends with and still keep in touch with now! When to breakfast/lunch or dinner, it was always exceptional service from all the staff. We are incredibly satisfied with how welcome everyone made us feel and especially grateful for the golf buggy service we had picking and dropping us off to the top of the hill which was complimentary with our booking.

We only wish there was more restaurants or even small little shops down on this part of the coast so we had more/cheaper options for lunch and dinner. This would especially be ideal if we were to stay for a week or longer (which really wish we did!)

Amazing staff, they have their own beautiful beach. Best part was when we booked our Capri tour through the hotel, the pick up boat arrived right on the private beach in front of the hotel and dropped us back over there. No need to travel to any port, saved a time and money with an amazing experience. The hotel is located a little outside the city Center, there is always a shuttle driving you from the hotel parking lot to and fro to the hotel/ or nearest bus stop. Thanks for hosting us, we loved everything about our stay.

Literally the best location if you want to enjoy Puolo Beach in private during the morning 🌅 amazing value for money, good breakfast -our barman/waiter was very detailed- and friendly lobby staff. The free shuttle service is super useful - Antonio can get you to the bus stop and the Capo di Sorrento in 5 minutes!!

The only thing this place needs to be a 10:10 is wifi. 🛜 you barely have signal while in the hotel but can get some right outside. If the hotel Gets free wifi, it immediately becomes the best place in all sorrento. Puolo beach itself is way better than Sorrento’s - cleaner spacious and very private.

The location of the Hotel Baia Di Puolo in Massa Lubrense is the best, situated on the beach with no busy road separating it. The food was great and there is a choice of 4 or 5 places to eat in the bay. The continental breakfast was the perfect start to the day along with the freshly made coffee. All of this while looking out over Naples Bay towards Mount Vesuvius.

Not much to complain about here. Staff, hotel and location were all good.

The hotel is right on the beach in Marina di Puolo but relatively secluded, as Puolo is quite downhill from the main road. The transport from and to the parking and the nearest bus station is assured by the hotel for free with a small car (which is suitable for the very narrow road connecting Puolo to the main road). The breakfast is served on the terrace of a cosy restaurant next door, which is almost on the beach - absolutely wonderful. The room has a nice balcony with seaview, air conditioning, a fridge and a safe box and is very clean. The reception is very nicely decorated with sea motives and the staff is very friendly. Also included in the price of the room are sun beds and an umbrella on the beach just in front of the hotel. They can book day trips by boat for Capri or Amalfi&Positano. All in all, good value for the money.

The staff is cordial and prestative. It is pratically a “foot sand hotel” with your own private beach. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable. The bathroom have a decent shower, although it have a small box .

The hotel is a little bit far away from the bus station which conects to Sorrento’s city center. There is a car service that takes you to the bus station. The problem is that you must have a cell phone that makes regional calls to the hotel to pick you up. You can increase the temperature of the air conditioner. The breakfast is a little poor of options and there is some loud noise in the hotel.

Nice hotel where to stay some days for relaxing and swimming. Beach is 10m from hotel entrance. Good restaurants nearby. Car should be parked on different level - but don't worry, hotel provide very good "shuttle" service from parking to hotel and back. If needed, parking is also accessible by foot (10-15 min walking), but for luggage better is to use this "shuttle" service. Approximate coordinates of this parking is 40.62824, 14.34978
