• Even if the location is a bit far away from the center, you get there by bus in 10 min. • The courtyard is beautiful if you get a room with view to that. • The staff is very nice and helpful. • There is a free shuttle bus that take you to the main area of the city and back. You just have to sync with its departure hours. • The hotel looks better than in some bad reviews I saw here. It's an old traditional place but the staff is taking care of it and you will feel good there. • Maybe the breakfast could be more variated (more fruits and veggies) but it was enough for us and it tasted very good.

• The AC was always on and it wouldn’t turn off if we opened the window as the hotel host recommended us. The control panel didn’t have any buttons working to change the temperature. • In our last day there wasn’t hot water for the shower. • The towels and everything were clean for sure, but they smelled old (like the towels from your grandma). But again, clean and changed everyday.

The location isn’t great as you need to take a bus into the main town which can sometimes be annoying otherwise you need to get a taxi which is capped at €30. There is a shuttle service but it was always full or just didn’t run the times of the shuttle are not convenient. The pool was great if you didn’t want to travel into the main part for the beach club. The little deli at the corner was incredible. Staff were lovely and helpful breakfast included was good. Wouldn’t return here because of the location but I would want to stay closer to Sorrento main town. But great option of there is nothing available

Our room was light, airy, clean and spacious and was our 'home from home' for our week in Sorrento. The pool facilities were brilliant and we both enjoyed a daily late afternoon dip after our busy days exploring the town and coast. The staff were excellent and very kind, helping with any questions we had at the reception as well as the kind waiting staff in the restaurant every morning at breakfast. The breakfast selection is primarily cold items but this is all is needed during the hot weather, we only had dinner one night at the hotel and it was good as expected. The offer of the shuttle bus into the town throughout the day and early evening was very generous, saved us walking or paying for the public bus. We will definitely stay again!

The distance from the town isn't always ideal but the help of the shuttle bus improved this factor. The location is good for nearby beaches and hidden coves which I definitely recommend visiting, within 10-15 mins walk! Would be beneficial to consider tea making facilities in the rooms also, something that most other hotels would offer.

The hotel was in a great location. We had a balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the Bay of Naples. The breakfast and dinner were great. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Luigi & Claudio at the front desk, Francesco, Louis and Ricardo in the restaurant were all amazing. The hotel and our room was very clean and our bed was comfortable.

The only drawback was minor and that was the state of the towels. They were coarse and greying.

The main reason we chose the place was for its proximity to the Bagni della Regina Giovanna, the most fabulous swimming spot, a 10 min walk down a path. The pool was lovely and we spent most afternoons relaxing there. There is a free shuttle into Sorrento town so we had wonderful evenings there

Sadly the food was really disappointing, clearly not a priority for them. Also a 30 min walk from the town so we needed to get the bus or their shuttle into town to eat in the evenings, which frankly was a wonderful chore!

The lawns, Dining Area and veranda with Sea Views

That the hotel didn't have a fridge in 34°C. The Dinner was fast food type, nothing special. The Hotel depended upon 2 waiters who worked all day and seemed to be very stressed No time. Mix and tricks type of pasta compositions We had fried Sole, with potato fries without a trace of veggies. The Hotel must focus upon employing a Chef and shall not depend upon the waiters so much. Therefore the hotel needs to work upon the food. The breakfast was great but only one weak point that each and every day we had same type of cooked ham and cheese during our 8 day stay. They should change the cheese type, and also cured meats which Italy is famous for.

The hotel was located next to the parking lot and a bus stop heading towards Sorrento city center. The staff was nise and polite and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Hard to take out luggage because outside is a tiny gas stations and rude people working there. But I told him to fill up the gas for 10,-€ to shut his mouth. And then I loaded the luggage. The price for the rooms were crazy high, It is like 2-3 star hotel, but sure that was due to the location to Positano, holiday season and the special weekend of celebrations. Rooms small and cramped. Not much amenities and the showers needed for sure some repair.

Great location, when you step out of the hotel and you get this beautiful view of the sea coast, requested for sea view and they gave the best room with the view. The hotel offered free shuttle bus service to the town centre and back which was a bonus and great touch from the hotel to provide this, town centre is less then 10mins drive Transport by local bus is very easy and supppperrrr cheap to get around, bus stops right outside the hotel, but there are no buses running after 10pm Great location next to a restaurant which also had amazing food, very local beaches and shops to buy snacks from Staff are amazing and extremely friendly with everyone especially night staff Mr masimo was so helpful and great to chat with, took time to help explain alot about the culture and best places to visit was always great to talk to him when he was on the night shift. Great guy deserves a raise Will defo recommend to all as its a great location for a view and everything you need around it, will defo go back and stay here again

The bed was abit stiff for me but that didn't ruin my experience at all It would of been nice if they could of provided a shower room for guest who may have delayed flights and late check out

Very good three Star with Nice breakfast but a little old rooms. The hotel has a private shuttle to the city which is very nice and scooters can be parked for free in the garage. Nice, big pool.

People were rather loud around the pool, which is not the mistake of the hotel.

Breakfast was quite, good, but the bed in the room was not very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious enough with a wonderful view to the sea. The pool was not very big, but cute.

The bed could be more comfortable. The wi-fi was of bad quality and it was hard to talk on the phone in the room, because of the bed signal.
