The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It's very easy to communicate with the staff about issues. The air conditioning worked well, the location was good and the whole building is nice and cosy. The train station is very nearby. A lot of people said that Via Piave is a dangerous street but in my third year in a row I had more issues on Via Cappuccina. It's a great location and it's easy to find (I'm certain that the staff can help with some information about sights and good places to get meals in the area).

There were some issues with hit water. It could be a simple mistake from our part or perhaps multiple rooms use the same boiler? Even this wasn't a huge issue.

The hotel is close to the Mestre train station. The room was very clean. The bathroom was private you just had to leave the room and go to another (we were informed about this).They made the bed every day. Generally it was ok and clean.Thank you.

We were disappointed that everything was measured.1 toilet paper for 4 days.Early we were left without paper. Also shampoo-shower gel better to have with you because they give them measured.

The apartment can be easily reached on foot from the railway station. There is a supermarket and some ethnic restaurants around. When we were there in summer 2023, the city was financing the city gardens revival project, which was a great opportunity to socialise with the locals in the evening. It felt a safe environment. The airconditioning worked well. We particularly appreaciated the possibility to leave the luggage in the apartment for a couple of hours after the check-out!

It was not clear from the booking instructions what we can use in the open area and there were no clear instructions with regard to coffee/tea making etc on the spot. One bed was fine, the other had a kind of hollow. I was too tired after walking during a hot day and for one night it was ok but if I had to sleep there for a few nights, it would definitely affect the sleep.

The host is very lovely! 💚🤍❤️ She is always smiling and caring. 🤍 The place in general is very clean and tidy ✨ It is 5 min. walking distance from Mestre train station and 2 min. walking distance from the bus station that takes you to Venice in 15 minutes. The price is good compared to other places around. Self check-in was easy though booking.com. There’s a pretty common area with tables, a fridge, a beautiful grand piano 😍 and free coffee/tea offered. Very good experience. We would definitely come back in the future!

There is an 4€ extra fee per night/per person that is charged by the host once you get there, which is a mandatory external fee by the government or something, from what I understood. I wasn’t aware of that but it was my fault since I didn’t read it stated in the general info. Nothing serious 🙃

Everything was great. No breakfast, but great value for being so close to the bus station to Venice. We found it was very much worth it to stay in Mestre as long as you are close to transportation to Venice. It is so much cheaper! The AC was lovely, the terrace was so worth the add-on and communication was easy.

The room had a bit of an odd smell to it, but it was an older building and it was easy to get used to! Also do note that there is no elevator so if there are mobility issues, looking elsewhere might be best.

Everything was clean and tidy. We were able to do a very early check-in and leave our bags. Nice common area with some cutlery and cups for breakfast. Bus to Venice was really close and the train station is 7 min away. There is a supermarket and a tobacco place near by where you can by bus tickets.

In the common area there were no glasses so if you like having juice or drink something better having you own.

Everything was clean and tidy, the room and common area were really nicely remodeled and there was a lot of privacy.

In my case given the location of the room, the windows were made of wood and not double glazed, you could hear a bit of the noise ( cars ) outside and the thermal isolation wasn’t the best but it wasn’t anything that really kept me from sleeping or relaxing.

Very clean rooms,plenty of space. Very kind and helpful host. We had a shared open kitchen, that had microwave, coffee maker, kettle, plates and everything else you needed. Supermarket is close by, as well as bakery. Train station is just 5 minutes walk, and bus station is even closer. Venezia is 15 minutes by bus, very easy and convenient.

The coziest stay! Very interesting, beautiful, and comfortable place. Only six minutes walk from the railway station. We chose this hotel to stay overnight before our flight from Marco Polo airport. We wish we had stayed there longer. Very friendly staff. They helped us with a taxi. So… strongly recommend!!! You will never regret!!!

Inside was very nice and clean. Rooms are small but nice.

Sound insulation was poor, we could hear every other guest loudly unlocking doors and slamming the doors. There was just two small packages of shampoo in the bathroom and non of other toiletries. Double bed kept splitting and was very short. Staff was very nice, but you have to be patient with them as theirs Englisch skills are very poor. Neighborhood is very scary tho. Prostitutes, drug dealers and homeless on every corner.
