Staff was friendly and room was clean and cute. I was surprised to find that the sink did not have hot water but that was not a big deal to me. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to get to Venice from the hotel using public transportation.

The hotel could definitely invest in some soundproofing between the rooms but I imagine that would be an expensive renovation so other ideas would be providing earplugs with the rooms for each guest or selling earplugs at the front desk. I also couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on in my room and I was very cold even with the extra blankets that were provided.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The apartment was adequate for our stay. The fabulous weather we had was an added bonus. The breakfast was good. The ladies who served breakfast were very welcoming and looked after the guests very well. The location was great and the bus stop is situated right outside the hotel. The buses to the centre and airport were approx every 30 mins. I found a fantastic restaurant just around the corner which was very good value for money.

The bathroom was on the small side and needed a few hooks and shelves to put toiletries on.

Absolutely worth the money (if you're on a budget trip ~90/100 EUR per night per couple). Location is perfect. Just across the bus stop to/from Venice. If you're returning from Venice at night, you'd take the tram T1 from Venice - and from the stop you'd walk only 5 mins. And it's nice as well as safe. The neighborhood seemed really safe and the alley was probably residential. Rooms were decently sized (if you're under 6ft., and not "Large" bodied. Even if you are - you'll do fine. It's not that small) Bathroom is quite big I'd say, but with unutilized space. But well, who are we to say - the architect probably planned it that way. Or maybe there's some logic behind it(?) Wardrobe is huge. You have a TV, clean towels, clean bed, shower cap, soap, shower gel. You have a closeted shower cabin inside the bathroom (which is not so big, but you can manage to shower - but the size is as per norms. It's normal as per all other hotels). Staff is really accommodating. We didn't interact much, but they seemed very friendly. We checked in (quite) early - for which we had already requested. Luckily, the room was ready by the time we arrived.

We had booked a double bed room - but the one we got had two beds joined together. We did not request for any alternate room - cuz we were fine with it. Maybe something for the hotel reception - Please check the request from the guests whether they want double bed or twin bed rooms 😉 But it was not a problem for me..and no reason to avoid the place.

Very well placed location for travelling to/from the airport and into Venice. The bus and tram links were excellent. The hotel and rooms were very clean with helpful staff. The room was small but we were there to see Venice. It was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were good quality. A good selection of continental breakfast items. Overall a great value for money choice.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The house keeping staff looked after our room and kept it clean and all bedding and towel exchanged as and when required. You can also buy bus/tram ticket 6 euros for 2 people for return ticket to VENICE.

Location was a bit remote, but there was a good bus and tram service. Bus stop opposite hotel and tram stop 10 minutes walk. Fridge would have been a big bonus

For this type of simple hotel, it was a pleasant surprise to have comfort, cleanliness and everything easy. Very well located with busses and trams to Venice right on the doorstep. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and abundant, more so than your typical Italian hotel breakfast

It's a bit noisy with slamming doors and inconsiderate guests in the morning, but not entirely the fault of the hotel!

While the room was comfortable, the overall experience had a few drawbacks. The staff could have been friendlier, and the location wasn’t as quiet as I had hoped. Additionally, some services fell short of expectations.

Breakfast very nice and plenty. Nice staff in breakfast room. Coffee excellent! Desk attendants very helpful. A nice 3 star in good area. Easy walk to tram. Bus stop out front door. No complaints

Not their fault. Restaurants in area tend to open at 7 PM. We had hoped to eat earlier. As old and older sister we like to eat earlier than most other travelers at hotel, late dinners are difficult for us. Area very clean and nice for easy walking.

Room was cozy and clean. The staff was very helpful, we could easily check in. During the checkout, we asked the staff to store our luggage for a few hours, since our flight was at night. They happily agreed to do so. The hotel is on the main road, with easy access to local buses The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. And tram T1 will take you straight to Venice centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was good as we expected. We had a room with a nice view to a canal - it's not like in Venice, but it was pretty. Breakfast was also good, for all kind of tastes. Staff is kind and helpful. Tram station is a few minutes walking from hotel and it takes you to the Venice (10-15 min). It's just one tram line so you cannot miss it.

We came from Treviso airport so it was difficult to find a place. From Mestre train station is 25 min walking to a hotel. But when staff explained to us, it was pretty simple. There is a bus station in front of hotel.
