The hotel has great location near to bus station to Venice, but also near to centre of Mestre, which is also worthy to see. Rooms are cleaned every day, we'll maintained, I did not miss anything there. The balcony doors are perfectly soundproof. Stuff is super nice and very helpful.

The bed is slightly uncomfortable, but this can be just about personal preferences. There was just one thin pillow, but I did not try to ask for one more. What bothered me was, how thin the walls are. There was a family in the room right next to us, which was very loud till the night. I could hear every single word of them.

Easy walking distance (10 minutes) to the tram into Venice. Bus to/from airport a 2 minute walk. Good restaurant selection 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. My room was very clean. As a single the room was OK but would not have worked for a couple. My stay was for 4 nights and I missed having drawers to unpack my clothes. The shower was a tiny square and the shower curtain wrapped around you when showering. The staff were very kind. I did not pay for the breakfast option. If one wants to be away from the hustle of a city and do not mind having to first walk to get transportation and eating than this is fine.

Nice little boutique hotel. It is very near the trolley that takes you right to Venice Island. You can purchase the tram card at the desk for only 3 euros (roundtrip). The staff also has a map to help you get around. There is a nice cafe right next door to the hotel and a bakery that seems to be busy. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is parking behind the building. We found a vey good wine shop just down the road. They make their own, and you just pay for the bottle.

Nothing hot is on the breakfast menu. Although they do serve a European-style breakfast for 8 euros, buffet style, Be prepared for pastries, cold cuts, and cereals, as well as boiled eggs. It was a good spread; however, we just wanted something hot to eat. Other than that, there were no issues at the hotel, and the staff were all amazing and kind.

The hotel staff, room cleanliness, free parking and location being closes to transport for Venice were the big pluses during our stay. The cost of our stay thanks to Booking.com made it excellent value for money accomodation. The staff do deserve a special mention, their knowledge and assistance in planing our tour of Venice was exceptional, and for that we were truly grateful.

The only real negative during our stay is that I would have to concur with other reviewers who highlighted the room acoustics as an issue, and whilst the noise was not overly obtrusive it was still annoyance more than anything.

I have to say that just about everything (but 2) was very very good ! Location ok to good for transport. Breakfast was good continental. Bed comfortable. Room clean and cleaned well. Staff very good too. Price good too. All around very good.

2 teenage girls (and their mother who stayed for over an hour)in the next room talked lousy and shouted and sang with the music on and moved furniture around. Because the walls are thin I even heard their Spanish words. My fault - I thought banging on the wall would help - they didn’t hear it ;-), i could have put ear plugs in but I thought they would soon stop - they didn’t, or could have put the fan on continuous but didn’t know where the switch was till morning or I could have gone to reception - the man said that he had a complaint from an other room and went up to ask to be quiet which worked.

Basic but nice and comfortable rooms with air condition and TV. The hotel is located in Mestre but it is very easy to reach Venice by tram which stops nearby and runs frequently. Also bus stop to the airport is in front of the hotel. There are places to eat and supermarkets in walking distance as well. Staff was polite and it is very useful that they sell public transport tickets in the reception and you can pay both in cash and with credit card. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good value place to stay when visiting Venice.

Great location, only a 3 minute walk from the nearest T1 tram stop (to Venice) and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the T2 line (to the Mestre train station). The room and bathroom felt rather spacious. The bed was comfortable enough (pillows can feel a bit thin for some, but it didnt disturb our sleep). The breakfast offers a generous variety of sweet food, but the salty side is a bit more limited. The staff was fantastic, being extremely helpful, friendly, available and accommodating (they were able to provide the full breakfast buffet ahead of the normal breakfast slot on the day we had to check out early - thank you again very much!). Being able to purchase all sorts of public transport tickets at the reception (as you can do in most, if not all, hotels) was super helpful (single tickets, 1/2/3...-day vaporetto tickets, etc.).

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the tram to Venice. We also had a room with a view of a canal that already reminded us it was not just a hotel somewhere)))

Near the hotel, there is absolutely nothing but other hotels. For any bar, cafè, shop or anything else, you'll have to go to the centre of Mestre (which is much better than we expected with an excellent farmers market).

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Air con was decent, bathroom simple but nice with good temperature shower and hairdryer. Balcony but we didn’t really go on it. The staff were the highlight of the stay who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay i.e the gentleman drove us to the airport himself as our taxi did not come and they were overall extremely friendly. Good location with 4 min walk to tram which takes you to venice in around 20 mins and you can buy tram tickets at the reception desk for €1.50 single.

Slightly thin walls could hear loud conversations but nothing that really disturbed our stay.

Very convenient to travel to the hotel from the Marco Polo airport and back: the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Venice - Piazzale Roma is only 20 minutes away by tram - and all the city transport tickets are available at the reception! The hotel staff is very nice, they even lent us an electric kettle so that we could make some tea in our room. Rooms may look a bit old-fashioned, but very clean and tidy.
