Good location. Just couple of kilometers straight from Milano Centrale. Around is good market for everything Aumai and good coctail bar Lord, from where I actually got pizza and coke about 1.30 a.m. Hotel is very clean, thanks for amazing staff, who is actually cleaning every day. Breakfast was normal for me, slices bread and cheese and meat, eggs and a lot of cakes and cookis, yogurt and cornflakes. And kind young man in reception is perfectly English-speaking and giving good advices for places to visit.

Easy access and neat and clean room facilities. The facility looks relatively new or recently remodeled. Very good value for the money.

The space is a little tight, especially the shower stall. The vending machines only accept cash and do not accept credit cards or mobile payments.

Clean, comfortable and centrally located—easy to get around by public transport to all the main attractions. Staff super friendly and helpful, with rooms fully serviced every day. Great place for solo traveller.

The soap and little bottle of body soap/hairwash were replaced every day, despite being enough for 3 or 4 days. A bit of a waste! But this is a minor thing, I guess better to replace than risk it running out.

We enjoyed our time here at the hotel. Although it may seem far from the city center, a bus that stops in the center is only a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. The ladies changed the towels every day, and they were clean. I am pleased with how tidy the place is overall. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, we'll stay here again if we decide to visit Milan once more.

There are many bus, tram, and train stops nearby so it's easy to get in town from the place.

Thin walls, so many things from the other rooms can be heard. But nothing bad that you can't sleep unless you're very sensitive to sound when trying to sleep.

It was clean and warm and the staff was very polite. The room was confortable.There was even a fridge and hair dryer. I had all facilities I needed.

The furniture in my room were a bit old but as a whole the room was confortable.

Walls so so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING even if people talk quietly. On booking.com it says tea/coffee maker in room. This is misleading. There is a tea/coffee machine in hall outside room.

It was clean and quiet, staff was nice, location, if not in the center, was easily reachable, had a tiny balcony.

the smell in the bathroom. The place is clean, you can see that it is not neglectfulness, but the smell is very awful . the single bed is a little small, even for a single bed. the room is small, which is fine, but is packed with big furnitures. I think a smaller furniture to put you clothes in would benefit this room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as you have the bus and the metro nearby (city center, main station,...). The room was clean and the room service cleaned up every day. Also the reception is available 24/7 and the people are very friendly and help you with everything you need (directions, recommendations,...). A supermarket is around the corner.
