Nice. and smiling staff who like their hotel and. tried their best to let the guests feel home. The hotel have a very personal and special decorations. It was easy to get around as the bus was just outside and metro in walking distance. several more local places to eat at close by. Even my single room was small. it was my personal room. even it had window to the road it was very quiet. I will go back

a huge morning buffet, but I would rather have less and better quality bread and warm things than so many things. As. well nice music instead of television I dont understand

The room was very clean (from bedsheets to towels and overall room) and the bed very comfortable. It is basic (and maybe a bit old) in design but clean, orderly and perfect for a short business stay. Despite being on a busy street, I didn't hear noise in the night (though I was staying on the 4th floor, which would help.) The staff were all very helpful and friendly, both at the reception and at the breakfast. The breakfast had a great variety (from eggs to pastries, cheese and ham to fruits and yogurts) and also delicious and good quality (for example, I am picky with my scrambled eggs and they are often soggy in most hotels, but not so here.) Very close (10 minute walk at most) to metro and Politecnico di Milano.)

Nice room with a very nice and big balcony. You could get to the Domo by bus in about 20 minutes.

The bed was big, but not so confortable. There was the russian flag (among 3 ofhers) at the entrance and I don't think it's the best idea under the actual circumstances.

Very good breakfast, in a small garden. Easy to park in the street nearby for free (usually very difficult in Milan)

There is no bidet in the bathroom There is nothing at walking distance (no shops, no decent restaurants, etc)

The hotel is relatively old, but all rooms and most facilities in it are renovated and in good condition. The room was very clean and had all amenities. Beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast lived up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Location was not very convenient, but the transportation of Milan is very good, and one can access the city center relatively easily. The personnel was professional and polite.

The shower door was worn out and couldn't close properly - but this is nothing of a deal-breaker. As a hint for improvement: Although the personnel was professional and polite (no complaints), they could be a bit friendlier.

I stayed in Milan during very busy time, it was design week and there were a lot of tourist at that time in Milan. Location of the hotel was very good, metro station was nearby, bus and tram stops were located around the property. It is a small but very cozy hotel with very friendly personnel always ready to help. Atmosphere in hotel was pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast were excellent with many different options to choose from. I would definitely recommend hotel for short stays.

Stairs in the entrance hallway were very uncomfortable especially if you just arrived to hotel from airport with heavy luggage.

breakfast was satisfactory. the location is close to the polytechnic and 4.5 from the duomo and has many means of transport, the bus stops outside the hotel and the metro is a 10 minute walk. the rooms were spotlessly clean. while it also had very good WiFi.

the staff at the reception I wish they were more smiling. nevertheless they served me when I needed them

Very nice and comfortable hotel. You have direct transport from station and direct transport to center. Also market and few restaurants are close. Very clean and tidy room.

Not very diverse breakfast, every day the same. There were few persons on reception during our stay, and one of them was very very kind and fantastic. But man who was last day was very rude and unkind. I was not aware of a certain point/rule that could be explained politely and not with irritatation. This was the first time I encountered something like this kind of situation.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious enough for a short stay. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming (front office). Location is convenient, with a bus stop literally in front of the hotel. The breakfast is nice and the ladies working in the cafeteria extremely helpful and kind.

Nothing really, for a short stay I think it is worth the price and the location was convenient for me.

Hotel location, even though far from city centre, was great. Bus stops were very close, shops and bars also close. Room had air conditioning and a pretty balcony to enjoy the scorching heat! Bathroom nice and clean and having a bidet in the bathroom was great too. Staff was great and very helpful.

Room was pretty small, and the shower doors could do with a refresher as it was hard to close them.
