The front desk staff, Elisa and Sveva were helpful and professional. The spoke English fluently and that was a huge plus for us with our limited Italian. The room was spacious, had every amenity that we needed, including a safe, extra pillows and enough flat space to open our 2 suitcases. I enjoyed the electric hot water pot to enjoy tea when I returned to my room after a busy day in Milan! The breakfast buffet was delicious and with a nice variety for only 15 Euros per person. We found several excellent restaurants nearby Auum and La Ciribiciaccola. La Ciribiciaccola is a friendly nearby pasticceria with enthusiastic new owners who are eager to please. We tasted their delicious gelato and I tried my first "Affogato" (gelato with espresso)! They also spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful for finding bus and Metro routes to get to central Milan. Recommend walking into Central Milan, a scenic 30-45 minute walk, depending on what you stop to explore on the way. This was our justification to eat whatever we wanted during our visit. A 10 minute taxi ride is approximately 18 Euros.

My 16 years-old son and his friend went to Milan for a concert. As a parent I was looking for a safe place, easily accessible by public transport. This hotel was kindly welcoming the teenagers, told us exactly before travelling what documents they need from us as parents. They had a quick and friendly check-in, room was nice, clean, with modern design bathroom. The boys liked their stay at Viva Milan, appreciated the kind and always available reception. Grocery store nearby, some restaurants as well, but they prefered going to downtown which was about 20 min. by tram. Thank you Viva Milan for your hospitality and for treating young people with respect!

We visited Milan for three nights. The hotel is quite a walk from either of the main train stations however, it is a short distance away from the metro station which is really easy to use. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. The check-in staff and the cleaners were very friendly and accommodating.

There are only two faults for this hotel: - The rooms are not soundproof. We could hear all the conversations going on in the room next to us and also every time they flushed the toilet and used the shower. - The lock on the room door did not work.

We loved our stay very much. The best accomodation in Italy for us yet. Breakfast had many to choose from. The staff was very nice and helpful, even upgraded us and prolonged our check out time. The location was close to the metro. 10/10 would recommend

Sometimes we could hear the guests or pipes. The Tv could not connect to the internet nor could we use the USB since it was in the very back of the Tv

Good breakfast: there were many different salty and especially sweet options in the breakfast and also fruits and yogurt. Nice rooms: the double room was small but seemed quite newly renovated. Very good bathrooms: both the shower and the toilet (+bide toilet) had a very good water pressure and they were very clean. Good location: good public transport options to both airports and city center. A really nice sushi restaurant on the other side of the road and pizzerias and coffee houses nearby.

The double bed also had a double blanket. We got extra sheets from the reception so we could use them as separate blankets. The air conditioning in the rooms we had booked didn't work, it was quite warm and humid. The bedroom floor was very dirty even after the room was cleaned. No security boxes in some of the rooms.

Comfortable beds and pillows like a 4 star, slept like a baby. the single room has one single bed and one double bed (enough for 3 people). the floor is moquette (which is essential in the winter cold), most hotels have ceramic floor. new furniture. room was Clean. bathroom was Clean. Staff are friendly. and helpful! they showed us the route all the way to the Serravalle outlet with all the buses, trains, tickets needed to get there.

the tub door could be dislocated easily. only a problem for perfectionists. for me I didn't even feel it's presence. walls are thin. (as all Italy hotels we found) . I don't think you can find one with thick walls. we heard the neighbors a couple of times over 3 days but overall it was quite.

We were given a lovely room on the top floor with a huge balcony. Comfortable beds. Great location, taxi into the centre of Milan only cost around €18! Lovely areas to walk near and around the hotel. Staff were really nice.

The breakfast didn’t have lots of options but was still nice.

Excellent host and staff. The rooms are very clean and the location very safe and the most wonderful thing is the location is so convenient. Everything is walking distance. I’m definitely coming back in the summer time to visit. Johnny was so helpful and provided great restaurant recommendations. We loved the lunch from Slingerbulten the food was absolutely delicious.
