Positive Aspects: The room was spacious, and the TV was a good size, adding to the comfort. The hotel was very quiet, which made for a restful stay. The location is excellent, being close to metro stations and the central station, making it easy to explore Milan. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Some staff members were very pleasant and helpful.

We had an issue with the toilet, which was not working properly. We reported it before leaving the hotel, and they said someone would take care of it. However, upon our return, the problem was still there, and it seemed like no one had checked the room. We requested assistance again, and although the staff member who came was not particularly willing, he eventually fixed it. While some staff were friendly, others were less so, but there were no major incidents.

The breakfast was great, repetitive but still plenty of choice with kind staff. Room was very spacious, bed also so it felt great. Bathroom was clean and also big. Overall a pleasant stay, walking distance of Milano centrale and metro station that gets you anywhere really fast.

We had a small problem with cleaning lady that tried to kick us out of our room more than 1 hour before check out and she only spoke French while trying to explain us. I went to reception and explained the situation when they said that it is 12 for check out time and cared not to apologize or explain it to cleaning lady which I barely managed when I returned to the room and translated it to her. She just rolled her eyes and probably went on cursing in French. So yeah, reception stuff and cleaning lady should really be nicer for a 4 star hotel.

Excellent hotel, a great room size, a good breakfast, and a perfect location.

Everything was good, only thing was after checking out we wanted to leave the luggage in the lockers as our flight was in the night but they said no for that.

Location, cleanliness, neat and style excellence !

Hotel policy for checking-in at 15:00hrs, and check-out at 11:00am is quite unfair to guests, quite inconvenient and puts high pressure on guests to rush-out leaving the room almost immediately after end of the breakfast time-set.

Very pleasant comfortable room in nice quiet hotel. Good professional staff, an excellent range of foods for breakfast. Good location for Milan Centrale Station, and an easy tram or metro ride to the heart of the city to visit the Duomo and La Scala.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and very efficient. Charles was very helpful on our last evening at the hotel and helped us book 2 vehicles as private transfers to the airport. One member of the party was celebrating a birthday to which the staff at breakfast went that extra mile and set up tables in an adjoining room for us to celebrate together, which was a lovely gesture.

The poor bar person was not amused when he saw 8 of us entering the bar area and ordering drinks. We did think at one point that it was a joke and found it quite amusing, but when we ordered a second round which was between 11.30pm and midnight, he was not happy!! however, it didn't spoil our evening and just thought he may well be tired.

I was met with a friendly host upon arrival, a 2nd host helped me secure dinner in a nice place where throngs of men were not hanging out, v and another was very kind as I checked out. It's convenient to the train and metro and even though the neighborhood is not my favorite, the hotel is great. I slept well, felt safe in it, and it was comfortable with a huge bathroom.

Sink dripped and it took a little bit before Ib got the knack to make that stop; the shower ran scalding no matter which tspb you used or adjusted. The towel rack looks like it should heat up, but did not and the kettle in the room took forever to get tea worthy hot. Breakfast was a disappointment.

The rooms and the public spaces were lovely. The reservations staff were thoughtful enough to give us adjoining rooms. The location was fantastic. We were able walk from the Central train station and we could get to the sites easily as well as to local shopping and eating areas. The price of the rooms was very good considering the quality.

Our dinner in the hotel was bland and not very enjoyable. Breakfast was much better. The lights in the room are push buttons but they cannot be seen in the dark which doesn't make much sense. I have been trying to call the manager to discuss a problem I had (left my passport in the room safe!) but the phone is constantly busy and I can't get through. Very frustrating.

When we arrived we met a lovely male receptionist, and he upgraded us to a suite. This was a lovely surprise and I felt karma working , as this was my first trip after a bereavement in Dec. The hotel has a lovely old Italian charm and a great warm welcoming reception and lobby. The suite was superb and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and selection. Overall a great experience for one night in Milan City.

In the breakfast room, the selection of fruit , cerala, etc were all in one small corner of the room and the coffey machine was also in the same corner. This led to overcrowding in one area,it should be spread out a bit more.

Very friendly and helpful staff (reception, cleaning ladies, restaurant and the Jazz Club's staff...) - they're all doing great job and this is a strong suit of the hotel. Elegant rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfasts (coffee!) and great food at the restaurant/Club. Location just a few minutes away from the underground and up to 10 minutes from the Central Station - very good, especially if you want to make short trips to places outside Milan, it also gives you a very easy access to the airport shuttles. Airconditioning - very well maintained (we almost never use it in the hotels, because of allergies, here we had it on for hours and had no side effects). Thank you, we would definitely choose the hotel again :).

In the morning - noise in the rooms facing the street (e.g. the sound of a garbage truck just after 7 a.m.) , on lower floors, if you sensitive to that - take earplugs. And if you 're a single lady I would not advise to come back to the hotel late in the evenings (but this is more about the Central Station surroundings than about the hotel).
