The breakfast was great, repetitive but still plenty of choice with kind staff. Room was very spacious, bed also so it felt great. Bathroom was clean and also big. Overall a pleasant stay, walking distance of Milano centrale and metro station that gets you anywhere really fast.

We had a small problem with cleaning lady that tried to kick us out of our room more than 1 hour before check out and she only spoke French while trying to explain us. I went to reception and explained the situation when they said that it is 12 for check out time and cared not to apologize or explain it to cleaning lady which I barely managed when I returned to the room and translated it to her. She just rolled her eyes and probably went on cursing in French. So yeah, reception stuff and cleaning lady should really be nicer for a 4 star hotel.

Excellent hotel, a great room size, a good breakfast, and a perfect location.

Everything was good, only thing was after checking out we wanted to leave the luggage in the lockers as our flight was in the night but they said no for that.

Very pleasant comfortable room in nice quiet hotel. Good professional staff, an excellent range of foods for breakfast. Good location for Milan Centrale Station, and an easy tram or metro ride to the heart of the city to visit the Duomo and La Scala.

Air conditioning has stopped working at 21:00 and it took 1h 30min to repair with no feedback or telling me how long it will take to fix the problem. After waiting 1h with no results I went down stairs. Receptionist would not tell me how long more it will take to fix the problem. I needed to go to sleep because I did not sleep previous over night flight. Instead she started to rise her voice and would tell me this is big hotel and it will take some time to fix it (left me with o choice). I want to remind this is 4 start hotel. I would expect more support and keep your customer up to date with information on problem. Bathroom is out of date. Needs refreshing There is two lifts but one doesn't work. It takes forever to get up and down.

Rooms had an interesting smell but nothing major.

A very large and well-designed hotel, a very courteous and pleasant reception service that took care of problem after problem. The room cleaning service is very good. The room is large and spacious with very comfortable beds. The shower is the least good part but the level is ok. A small food court is suitable for a hotel, but the arrangement of the food in the form of a square in the corner is a bit difficult and not always convenient for guests. A very varied breakfast including a wide variety of Magals (sausage/cheese), yogurt, vegetables, eggs, bread, fruit and other good things in a quantity that is enough for everyone

The shower is the least good part but the level is ok

Convenient Location, quiet area yet one block to metro Station & shopping area. Room was nice, clean, comfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom had a bath tub.

The staff was very rude, in the photos the rooms look better in the reality are very old, the bathroom was not so clean, the shower was very bad, the price was too much for this hotel. At the checkin, in addition to the main amount, they also took a guarantee amount from us, which they said that they would return at the checkout, but returned only a small part of the sum and normally did not explain why! Definitely i will not come back to this hotel!

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and beautiful, there was a bathtub in our bathroom (in a standard room!). It's situated in a walking distance from the central railway station (less than 10 mins!) and by the subway station, but if you're a strolling type of tourist, you won't even need any public transport to see all the city highlights (we didn't use subway a single time even though it's like a 100 m from the hotel entrance). Actually everything was perfect except of the breakfast.

The breakfast was poor. On our first day we tried the overfried becon, undercooked scrumbled eggs and some greens (mix of salads with grated carrot) that were just super dry and old. Needless to say the next day we've only took a croissant and oj. If you're fond of sweets for breakfast you won't be as dissappointed as we are. Coffee in a big container was instant (!) or maybe just overburned in an overflow coffee maker and Milan is in Italy as far as I remember, so I would put it into consideration of Italian Espresso Police, lol. I would forgive this quality in a hotel of lower standard but it's a four stars hotel with marble on the walls and receptionists speaking 4 languages fluently so it's unacceptable.

Perfect location , in the heart of Milano , very near to Centrale station,walking distance to metro Caiszzo station. Good value 4* at this location.
