The place was very good for the price you pay, good location, friendly staff. There are a few good places to eat/drink near the hotel; we were also offered to leave our bags if we need after the checkout (which was nice);

There was a weird smell in the room when we were entering, like somebody was smoking in the room (we don’t smoke), the night guard doesn’t speak English but he was nice and willing to help; for hot water to appear we needed to open the tap and wait for 5-7 minutes

The room was good not a small one immaculately clean, and well-appointed, with all the flat TV, The bed was comfortable, and the décor was not old and tasteful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a vibrant area with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Even though the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, it wasn’t an issue at all as there are numerous great dining options nearby. I particularly enjoyed exploring the local cafes each morning for a delicious start to the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. the metro and the central train station is close you can reach by walking.

It is a very good location for transit. I got into the room faster than I announced and thank you for that! The facade of the building is under renovation, but we were there on the weekend, so we didn't have workers in front of our window and it didn't bother us. As specified, the room doesn't have a toilet, but it does have a shower and sink. Kettle, tea, coffee and sugar in the room. The shared toilet is clean. We had the room on the 1st floor.

We were really happy here as backpackers around Europe. The rooms have very new bathrooms and furniture even though the building is old. It is clean and comfortable with a friendly 24 hour reception. They gave us hot water at reception. They have a little, cute common area/cafe/bar that you can sit in. They sell alcohol or coffee to guests only. It’s a nice perk. We were staying mostly in hostels on our trip but needed a late night arrival in Milan. It is less than a 20 minute walk to the train station. And it is right by the tram stop. I highly recommend it to budget travelers who like pleasant, quirky 1-star hotels on a budget.

It has odd little qualities like no elevator and automatic lights in the hallway that leave you in darkness for 10 seconds. It didn’t bother us, though.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, staff were acceptable to us.

There was a lot of noise in the hotel from other guests at night and it was impossible to sleep. There was also a frequent sound of banging on doors, probably from the cleaners, but for those who love peace and quiet, this would be acceptable.

Price was good, bed was comfortable and great shower. Great block out shutters on windows. Although I faced the street and tram line I found it reasonably quiet and very easy to sleep.

Wish I had access to a kettle and fridge. However, the front staff were happy to give me hot water when I asked and I made my own tea/coffee. There needs to be a shelf in the bathroom near vanity.

Fab place. Last minute booking as our plans had been changed by the riots and strikes in Milan. Slept well. Everything very comfortable.

Very close to centrale station Milano, you can walk there. And in the afternoon I walked to Duomo. There's a park um the way, you can walk and rest.

The electric train passes in front of the hotel, but closing the window you won't hear anything. It's ok for a not pricy place if you need to be close to the station.

we were unsure of this place as the reviews are very mixed. to be honest I think people complain for the sake of it. it was 15 mins from the train station and the area had bars and restaurants around. we found it easy to navigate to the main attractions also. The shower was clean aswell as the toilets with hand wash and toilet roll. Hairdryer provided as well as towels. abit of noise at night from the tram but not enough to complain about. worth it for a nights stay so don’t skip this because of the reviews.

Bed was okay for one night

Friendly stuff, late check in without problems, room was nice and clean (could be better, but good for the price), shower more than OK, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, no fridge, no kettle (maybe there is one on the reception, but didn't check). No air conditioner, no fan - was a little bit too warm in the night. It was a bit noisy, because some people were shouting on the street at night, but that's not the problem of the hotel :)
