Small but comfortable room. Fantastic AC (it was about 19*C as we walked in). The AC works even without the keycard. Very kind and very comprehensive Front Office ladies. Special thanks to receptionist who worked in the afternoon on the 11th July: she listened to our needs and she proactively did all best to satisfy them. She didn't leave space for any open wishes. She made us feel special and not "just guests" like it happens in many other hotels. While checking about the Receptionist let us leave our luggage for 3-4 hours so we could enjoy our time in Milan before heading to the Central Station.

Tho points: - Some maintenance works are needed by the shower in Room #304. - Maybe you could turn off the tv in breakfast room or just turn down the volume a little bit. Listening to loud Advertisements at 7:30 in the morning ist not the best for mood-making for the entire day :)

Great location, around 10mins walk (at decent pace) from Milano Centrale but on a quiet street, so not noisy at night. Approx 400m from Republicca metro stop which has lift access to street level. Also close to s line stops. Very good value and good size room for such a convenient location. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Great to have option of including breakfast. Breakfast area is small but I found enough variety and was happy with price paid for convenience of it being directly in the hotel. There are also cafes, restaurants and a supermarket in the surrounding streets i.e. under 5mins walk. I liked there was an option of a room with bathtub- not many places in Milan seem to offer this. Decent hairdryer in the room and a fridge/mini bar also available. Staff efficient on both check in and check out- e.g no messing around filling in extra registration forms when already pre-booked and prepaid.

Note that lift only goes to floor 4 while some rooms are on floor 5. Check if this is important to you. Lift supposedly takes 4 people but feels small with one person and luggage. Only one lift so may have a wait during busy times. Note Milan city/"tourist" tax in 2025 is 6 euro 30 per night. This is shown on booking page & not anything the hotel can change but is a lot higher than many other locations charge so just be aware. Breakfast room is quite small so you may have to wait/share tables if busy. Toiletries were provided but small plastic bottles were used for them. Many hotels now fix larger dispensers in the room instead for environmental reasons- perhaps this could be considered.

The service was impeccable, they were nice and were quick straight to the point. They even helped us with leaving a bag with them after we checked out because our train was late at night and we wanted to explore the city a little more. The breakfast was decent, but for the price, it was a steal. It was a nice little buffet of bread, croissants, cheese, ham, and some juices. Simple but they have it down.

There could be a better organization of the breakfast room. It was a little crowded for the amount of people there, but considering how little space they had, it was perhaps the best they could have done.

Bathroom is really small could barely move inside the shower. They don't have a room key reader at the main door so if there's no one at the lobby at night then someone has to ring a bell to open that door. The big issue with this is that the bell is so loud that you can hear it at the upper levels. First night we stayed there, around midnight that bell started to ring constantly, was really disturbing as we thought it was a fire alarm! The next day we arrived back to the hotel kind of late and was a person outside waiting for someone to open the door so he started to ring the bell several times, we realize that it was the same bell from the first night, they should change that system.

Nothing Everything was perfect

good location - 10mins walk to the main train station, 2mins walk to a tram station and a supermarket on the same street. There are also cafe/restaurant nearby, so easy for you to access food. Comfortable stay - you get everything you need there, nothing to complain about. AC is working for summer. King size bed in the room. Staff - Male staffs are helpful, polite and friendly. I believe a smile or a greeting is basic manner not because we are staying there but human being. All their male staffs always have a smile spot on.

Excellent location near the train station, just 12 minutes on foot and half an hour walk to the Duomo. You can leave your luggage before or after check-in. There is a possibility of breakfast at the hotel. A clean, comfortable, medium-sized room. There is a fridge with drinks. The shower has shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towels.

We were here one night, I didn't see anything wrong. Maybe the price was a little high.

The location was great. It wasn't too far from Milano Centrale railway station. It took us about 10 minutes to get to the station. We used the trains to get around Milan. The breakfast was included in the room we booked, but it is not automatically included. So check to make sure your reservation includes breakfast. The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of food. The bed was good. It was a little hard, but I slept better than I had anticipated.

FYI: There are about three/four steps to access the main lobby of the hotel. There is no ramp or other way to get your luggage up to the main lobby. There is an elevator inside the hotel, but those first couple of steps could be difficult for some. There might have been a ramp or other way to access the lobby, but I didn't see it.

Conveniently located to train station Milan Centralo (approx 3 easy blocks away). Nice food spots in the area. Hotel was very clean, rooms spacious, and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast for 7 euros was fantastic. (Fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, along with coffee.). Our room was even available a bit before the appointed check-in time.
