The family that owns the hotel are amazing people. Helga and her husband Giuseppe are so friendly. They made us feel like we were at our home. The hotel is perfectly located very close to city center but at a quiet place. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast fantastic. The hotel also has a highly rated restaurant and we can confirm as we had dinner there with great quality and value for money. We highly recommend that you choose this hotel in case you decide to stay at Montecatini.

I fully recommend it if you go to Montecatini. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, room exceptionally clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. It is 6 min walk from the main street, 5 min walk from the Terme Tettucio (a must see!) and a few more minutes to the funicular to enjoy the views.

This hotel is cozy and very welcoming. The room was clean and beautifully renovated. We were delighted by the family atmosphere and friendly staff. There was also a very good breakfast. The location is excellent - close to the city center, the park and the cable car. Overall a great stay.

Great family atmosphere with wonderful hosts (including Pipo the dog). Clean, tidy with a good breakfast. Parking is in the next street, there is always one and it costs 3e per day. Who wants to go on a tour, say Florence, by train, the station is very close. I hope to come again. Any recommendation.

Exceptional, in every way. Extremely gracious & welcoming owners, very accommodating, beyond helpful. Very hard working, seemed like they were working around the clock. Grateful for everything they offered us. The hotel has a very nice, sparkling clean restaurant attached & it was very lively (in a good sense) in the evenings - lots of couples, looked very romantic. The room was quiet and very clean, with a charming view. A bit dated, but smelled & looked clean & we would 110% come back. There was an elevator - a plus in our book, as we had quite a few suitcases. Breakfast was extensive, delicious & plenty. Overall, a lovely stay - in a very convenient location.

I felt very comfortable and at home there, very relaxed.

Just personal preference, I don’t like the shutters closed but as there were no voile curtains it wasn’t private enough to leave them open.

Family run hotel, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast and location both excellent. Very good evening meals and great service. Convivial bars nearby.

My room was bigger than I was expecting. The owner was very friendly. It seems that their restaurant is also excellent but I missed the opportunity to try it.

Very nice small hotel.Everything is new in the room and in the bathroom. Goed location. Very good attitude towards me and my dog:).
