Excellent location, very friendly staff. Tasty dinner and cakes for breakfast. Rooftop pool was a nice finishing touch after daily trips in the surroundings. Overall, the hotel has a friendly atmosphere.

The position was very nice, close to the city center and, at the same time, close to the main park of Montecatini. The staff has been polite and competent, always available.
I liked the hotel but I would try to "refresh" the look of the rooms (a bit old) and of the swimming pool area cause the potential of the hotel is more than good.

It was sooo loud. There was some rap music really close to us around 22.40. By kimdly request they silenced it, but it was not a calm night. The rooms were a sadness :(
