All the staff was really nice and accommodating. The room was available an hour earlier so we were really thankful to check-in rather to just leave the bags. Beware - on the list in the room, there was a note that the staff has a break from 13:00-14:00. The breakfast was just fine, although there were only sweet options and coffee from automat coffeemaker. Overall it was really nice, we enjoyed our stay.

The AC in the room was too cold and I could not turned it down, although there was a controler.

Hotel Conterie is a hidden treasure. We enjoyed every moment while visiting Murano. Our room was spotless, with new linens and great shower pressure. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the light breakfast, which was perfect... with plenty of variety. We loved the coffee machine that made cappuccino, latte, etc... relaxing on the open air breakfast patio. Absolutely perfect...

Our second time in this hotel, now in a different family setting. You shouldn't expect too much from this hotel, it's rather cheap for this area and it is located not on the main islands. But if you want to live on the Grand Canal - you have a different budget :) For this hotel we really liked the staff, everybody was very friendly. We had mosquitos and one of the staff members gave us the anti-mosquito device, which was very helpful. Also, he noticed that every breakfast we have a "blanco" yogurt, and every time when he saw us coming, he was checking whether they still had it and was bringing it to us. Very nice of him! The hotel is located in a very calm area where mainly locals live. You still have a shop (Coop) and a few restaurants nearby. Daily commutes by the Vaporetto are a pleasure and don't bother at all. The hotel was clean and we saw cleaning staff was cleaning our room daily, also totally satisfied

The breakfast is fine if you stay 1-2 nights, but longer it gets sort of boring. Always the same cheese and yogurt. Some variations would be valuable. At the same time every breakfast, they had warm croissants, which was wonderful.

A lovely traditional Venetian hotel, still maintaining the same standards as when my wife and I first visited back in 2005. Clean well maintained and welcoming. Lovely self service continental breakfasts are the icing on the cake. If your looking for a quite hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the main islands, look no further. The hotel provides clear directions and the nearest Vaporetto stop is less than five minutes walk. Fantastic properly cool air conditioning,

It's on Murano so the main islands of Venice are a 10-15 minute boat ride away. Most restaurants on Murano close by 9pm particularly out of summer season, so be prepared to eat early or eat on the main islands. The Wifi can be intermittent on the top (attic) rooms.

The room was very clean and the decor was typically italian. Staff were helpful. We could leave our luggage upon check-out to enjoy our day. They even provide a space for us to change when picking up our luggages. Quiet area and close to the vaporetto station to get in Venice.

The charming rooms are decorated with Venetian mirrors and chandeliers, tole painted furniture, and fabric covered walls. The AC worked great and there were two patio areas along with a breakfast room. Breakfast does not come with standard Booking.com reservation.

You ned to take the waterbus the stops at Murano Museo otherwise it's a 15 minute walk. Hotel is on the opposite side of the numbers and sign.

Room had comfortable bed but I really needed better pillows. size of bed was good though tight in the room. Breakfast was nice selection and varity

Shower head kept spinning around with the water pressure changes.

It was very comfortable and the staff were excellent and extremely friendly

I didn’t like the idea that I couldn’t have the windows open for fresh air because of the mosquitoes

it was very clean & good bathrooms and really good service . they help you a lot through the app if you message them ! they help you get around well ! highly recommend!

the rooms felt a bit small but I think for two people over all good .
