We had a suite. 4 windows looking out over a domestic courtyard. Very comfortable lounge with coffee pod machine (also separate tea making facilities). Spotless bathroom and cleaned daily.Breakfast was not offered but there was a little dining area so I guess in the summer breakfast may be offered. Not a problem as there is no shortage of cafes and bars in Venice for breakfast! It was really quiet and the bed was a super king and very comfortable indeed. The public boat from the airport (15 Euros) stops 500m max from the Place.A very short walk with only 2 bridges to contend with.Key code to get into the building . A rare bonus was a supermarket a few doors away.

Like all addresses in Venice do a search on Google maps before arriving because it is down an unremarkable alleyway.

Beautiful property with a small reception. Decent size room beautifully decorated (not overly done as some other comparable places) with a large bathroom. Sparkling clean, with lots of light thanks to two large windows. There is a fridge, a nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Toiletries and slippers are provided. We particularly appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier and the possibility of storing our bags there after checkout. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, small room but nice and cosy, good big bed, nice bathroom with everything you need. A bit cold in the room because the only radiator I saw was in the bathroom. But it was ok. Close to( 4 min walk) Fte Nove A traghetto station from where you can go to Murano, Burano. 7 min walk to Rialto, 15 to San Marco. ( If you re interested in the main touristic spots, we were not, this time).

This is a bit of a strange hotel experience in that it doesn’t have any hotel amenities. No breakfast. Nobody in lobby most of the time, you just use hotel code on front door to enter hotel. No lobby coffee. Really you just get the rooms and that’s fine but it’s not a hotel experience that you’re used to. Photos on site show balcony. That’s not a room balcony. It’s a random little balcony off the second floor hallway. The same hallway that has a random abandoned kitchen nobody uses and random tables. The website photos show breakfast. No food is to be had here at all. Zero. So it’s an ok place to stay and served our purpose but probably would pick another place in Venice to stay next time that is an actual typical hotel. Front desk was very nice.

It is a beautiful facility that is within walking distance from Santa Lucia train station. We stayed in the room with a balcony, the balcony and garden view were very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was a minibar, kettle, coffee machine and lots of tea and coffee in the room. The staff were very polite and attentive. My wife and I were very pleased. We want to be guests again.

The hotel was in a very quiet neighborhood. It was just 15΄ from St. Mark's Square. We stayed at S. Paolo room. There was a coffee machine in the room and a water kettle for tea. Also there is a COOP market near Apostoli Palace.

Everything was perfect. We will stay at Apostoli Palace again. Thank you very much.

Great cosy hotel in the lovely district of Cannaregio. Great location for visiting. Close to everything but not too crowded. The bed was sooo comfortable and the hotel very calm. We slept so well. It was very clean. We would definitely come back.

The place is very well located and our room was exceptionally clean. We were allowed to check in earlier than expected which was quite nice :) They were very friendly and welcoming and even gave us many tips of what to do in Venice. We recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I wish there was breakfast served - some places online for this hotel still state that breakfast is served so that was a let down.

A beautiful little hotel, not the easiest to find but when we did we were enchanted. The rooms are a little on the bijou side but I think this is probably common in Venice. Beautifully decorated to a very high standard and exceptionally clean. Decorated in the old Venetian style and utterly charming.

Nothing to dislike.
