The stay was amazing. Alessandro thought of every detail to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast, fruit, tea, coffee, snacks, water, and other countless thinks that were part of the room to make our stay pleasant. The view from our room was outstanding--we could see the castle. royal palace, the theater and the ocean. Having coffee at our balcony every morning with the view and the sound of the birds singing was a memory that we will never forget. We felt very safe and the hotel was close to everything we needed, as well as close to the port where we took the boat to Positano e Capri. Perfect location!

Loved everything about this place! Alessandro and Rosanna are wonderful hosts. They were very kind, hospitable and welcoming right from our check-in time. They stay right next door so it felt like they welcomed us into their home and took great care of everything. The rooms were very clean & well equipped. It was amazing to see they had stocked up on snacks, fruits and drinks and even complimentary drinking water daily. Breakfast was delicious. Every small detail had been taken care of in the room (better than any hotel we've stayed at in Italy). The view from the room is stunning. You can see Mt vesuvius, sea, castle and palace. The location is central and close to all attractions & cafes. Umberto gallery is right next to the building. It's a short walk to the sea side. Staying here was the best part of our trip to Naples!!

We were so glad we booked this room. It is exactly as described and deserving of all the good reviews it has received. It is an oasis of calm on a charming yet hectic Napoli. The hosts make every effort to ensure their guests' comfort. Great to have a coffee machine in the room as well as in the shared lounge where one can find lots of provisions like water, fruit and other items from breakfast, clean cups, bowls, plates and cutlery. Superlative. Location, view, comfort - it's all here.

This is a gem in Naples in a fantastic location. Rooms are on the sixth floor with views to die for, while street noise is not bothersome at all. You can use a terrific roof terrace too. Modern rooms and bathrooms, spotlessly clean. Snacks, water, drinks, coffee in abundance. Hosts are friendly, helpful and flexible.

One could argue that it’s expensive for a B&B, but good rooms in Naples are expensive. We felt it was great value for money and would chose this above a hotel any time again.

Great couple welcoming us. The room is great, with spectaculair views of the old castle and harbour. They also have a roofterace where you can see even more of the city. Conveniently located next to tourist connection points as the alibus to the airport, the hop-on-hop-off is in front of the door and the palace is across the street. Great facilities with free snacks and breakfast. Good room with clean bathroom and even a good pressure shower. Overal Great place to stay

The owners are super helpful and nice. The room was very clean. Our room had a little terrace with an amazing view of the castle. They also have a terrace on the roof which you can use- it has a 360 view. They offer a variety of free snacks, some fruit, beverages and most importantly the bottled water that you can drink as much as you need. There are snacks and beverages (even rose wine) also in the room that you can eat and drink for free. This was super convenient. They offer nice breakfast in a cafe nearby. They also offer a map of suggested restaurants to visit- we used these recommendations and had really good dinners.

One of the best places we stayed in. Everything was gorgeous and gets the topmost rating. I'll start with the super friendly, super attentive and generous hosts. They thought about all the little details that make their guests feel comfortable. There were plenty of treats all free in the room and also in the supplies area. The location is also amazing, next to the main tourist attractions and also close to a subway station. We had a room with a view on Castel Nuovo, Teatro San Carlo, the bay and the Vesuvius. I miss the words to tell how pleasant was our stay. Chapeau!

Brilliant communication from the property before we arrived, welcomed in person and room really clean and well stocked. Lots of treats. Breakfast lovely touch either get it delivered to your room or go out to a cafe. Fantastic roof terrace at the property. Nothing too much hassle for the owners a really great place, thanks you for a fabulous stay!

Excellent location, lovely room, very friendly and helpful hosts. Plenty of amenities in the room, including small fridge filled with milk, tea kettle and coffee maker (and milk frother!), and a lovely breakfast delivered each morning. The rooftop terrace offered exceptional views of the city and Vesuvius.

excellent location, close to many tourist attractions and ferry squeaky clean and all amenities are functional. owners live there and take good care of all the details. fast response. the balcony gives fresh air and nice view rooftop deck is nice and relaxing close to many good restaurants

wish that the pastries for breakfast were better but we have no complaints. there were fruits, cornflakes, coffee and unsweetened yogurt.
