A perfect place to stay in Naples. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you could need and the cleanliness is top-notch. Having a machine to start your day with a coffee (one of many one has while visiting Italy - "Al banco" ovvio) was very much appreciated. Situated in the very center of Naples, I would say that the location is ideal both if you are staying for a few days and want to see the main landmarks of the city and if you have a longer stay (like us) and want to visit around the Campania region, since it is super close to Centrale train station. And of course a special mention to Bagio, the host, who will give you a crash course about the city upon your arrival and was always ready to help and quickly available !

Biagio was very helpful and arranged a cab for us from the airport and was waiting when we arrived. He checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything and brought extra toilet paper when we needed it. It was close to the things we wanted to see, clean and comfortable.

It is very noisy on the narrow street directly in front of the hotel with people busy shopping, eating, drinking, playing music and enjoying life until the early morning hours. It was lovey to participate in the activity but it also made it harder to sleep. We used a white noise app on our phone to help keep the music, laughter, dogs, and honking horns, less noticeable.

Spent two nights in late August 2024. Will definitely return next time I'm in Napoli as it's right where I and my kids want to be, in the centro storico with our favourite cafe, Caffè Ciorfito, on the next block, one of Napoli's best pizzerias, Pizzeria Imperatore 1906, just around the corner, and really close to the buzz of Piazza San Domenico Maggiore and Via dei Tribunali. The host was friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean, modern and with all expected bathroom facilities - the place even has disco lights, I mean what more could you ask for?! Overall I can't recommend this place enough.

The bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe if needed. No need to bring a hairdryer as they supply one for you. There was no breakfast but there was a coffee machine and a variety of teas. There was also a microwave in the communal dining area should you need one, which I thought was a great touch. They also supply wine glasses and cups etc. And there is also a kettle in the rooms. There are so many bars and restaurants around the area. There was nothing I didn’t like, but just a couple of suggestions; perhaps some cutlery in the dining area. One evening I brought back a takeaway pizza which was not cut ( to my surprise), so a knife and fork would’ve been very much appreciated. ( not usual practise I know, but the owner Biagio is so nice, I’m sure he’d accommodate) And although there is plenty of shower gel, a small bar of soap for washing your hands at the sink would be great.

The host Biagio, was amazing. Very polite and welcoming. He was a huge help with what to do and see and on arrival gave a quick and helpful guide on what to do and see ect The building itself is a flat with a few private en suite rooms, which were clean, modern, large and comfortable. The location is perfect right in the middle of the hussle and bustle and you couldn’t ask for anymore value. If you want somewhere to stay in central Naples where it’s comfortable , clean , welcoming and private this it is.

The property is very well located in the City center of the old city, namely it is on Spaccanapoli. It is quite close to everything in the Old city center, and you can easily go to the most important sights from there. Even if it is in the old city center, you can rest in the evening, as it is well protected from the outside noise. The apartment is clean with well maintained furniture &facilities.

The shower cabin needs some improvements.

The place is excellent and the host Biagio is always a call away if you need anything. My train to the city was more than 8 hours late so I arrived to the station almost at midnight. Biagio kept checking that I was ok and even picked me up and took me to property in his car. The location has to be one of the best in town, in the middle of the historic centre with so many great places around to eat or have an aperitivo. My room was huge and had everything I needed (fridge, wifi, tv, aircon and even a balcony). The bathroom was also huge and spotless clean. Would definitely be back. Grazie mille Biagio!

Nothing I didn't like.

Biagio was a wonderful host, always checking to ensure we were OK. He provided us with information on things to do and recommended eateries. He was happy to arrange airport taxi transfers at short notice and let us keep our room for longer on the last day as we had a late flight. The room was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. L'Ammor e Napule Is located on Spaccanapoli and you can people watch from the small balcony - the hustle and bustle of Neapolitan life is a joy to see. The property is in a great location in the Centro Storico overlooking Via San Gregorio Armeno (Christmas Alley). We absolutely loved Naples and will return again!

It was a little disappointing to not have coffee available in the mornings but unfortunately a previous guest had broken the machine so beyond Biagio’s control. Luckily it is plentiful once outside.

The place was in a perfect localization, old town from where you can easly walk to most of the interesting places to visit. Close to the metro station and walkable distance to main train station. The room and bathroom was clean with all needed suppliance. And I really appreciate the extra steps the host took. I left my airpods, they fall under the bed and without any problems he took extra step and sent it over to me. That was so nice of him!

Fantastic location with a sweet balcony looking over a busy street! Our host picked us up at the train station saving us a taxi ride. He was very attentive and available. The rooms are off of a small common room with coffee, tea and tables and chairs. We borrowed a chair from here so we could have two in our room. The bathroom is very nice and everything is super clean. The neighborhood is terrific with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

I wish there was more seating in the room. The room was a good size and could easily accommodate two chairs and a table in addition to the bed and small desk for more comfort hanging out. That said I loved this place and would stay here again in a heart beat!
