The apartment's location is good, it’s not complicated to find, and the entry instructions are very detailed and useful. The room itself is nicely decorated, comfortable, and faces the courtyard, so there is no noise (which is generally mentioned as a problem in Naples), which is a big plus. The bar where breakfast is served is nearby; for breakfast, you can choose between a sweet croissant or another sweet pastry, and you get two more drinks of your choice (coffee, water, fresh orange juice). There are many bakeries in Naples, but most serve sweet items (which was unusual for us from Serbia). :). The train station is about a 20/25-minute walk from the apartment, the National archeological museum is about 15 minutes away, and so on. We recommend this accommodation to people who are considering whether to choose it or not.

The location is great. Close to the most popular attractions in Naples. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. The room is located on the 4th floor in a quiet building.

The breakfast isn't exactly breakfast. You only have one coffee, juice and a small Cornetto or Sfogliatella.

Anna is just a delightful and special person, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant thanks to her. The room was spotless clean, the location is perfect just in the middle of the centro storico. But the apartment is very quiet because of the positioning in the apartment, so you could rest peacefully. The room is modern and cozy, the bedding was very comfortable. It had everything we needed, there is even a small kitchen in the common area. Anna's friendliness, the delicious coffee she made us before we left and the complimentary liquor that we served ourselves the first day ( :) ) leaves a sweet memory. The language wasn't a barrier with her, we had a nice chat. She was also flexible to leave our luggage after check-out which is usually a paid service in the area, so this is also very helpful to have for free as a favour. There's a long lost of positive things I have to say about this place: the host is exceptional and incredibly lovely, and although she speaks little English with my broken Italian we managed to understand each other perfecty and even establish conversation. The location is just unbeatable, right in the middle of everything within each of all attractions in foot, yet at night we couldn't hear a sound and could sleep perfectly. The facilities are spotless clean, you have fresh eater, coffee and tea available and last but not least, she offered to keep our luggage the last day after check-out so we could explore the city some more. Amazing stay and we'll definitely repeat once we're back in this incredible city.

Literally nothing.

The host was a lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the hot water and she and her husband resolved it as quickly as they could, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect - in the heart of everything on Spaccanopoli, but quiet. I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

The shower is temperamental! It's hard to get the right temperature.

We will miss this place! Definitely going to stay there during our next visit to Naples. The woman that welcomed us was the kindest woman ever. She waited for us till midnight as our plane had a delay and was so helpful for all our needs. The place is located in the heart of the historical center just a few minutes from a lot of places we wanted to see. Breakfast was just opposite the building in a nice cafe.

Everything was beyond our expectations - so, nothing negative can be said about "Domus San Biagio"

great location in the very center in a quiet courtyard on the 4th floor (elevator available) with very pleasant lady to let us in, only speaking Italian but was no issue. there are 2 rooms to rent sharing an entry and kitchen (you can make free coffee and some drinks were available) we never met the neighbors though. clean, wifi working, very nice bathroom, solid space, AC. breakfast in a nearby (50m) caffee - nice local experience

- well located on main pedestrian street. - in apartment building, so not stand-alone hotel, so sense of being in a neighborhood. - coffee maker and small kitchen shared with another room if there's an interest in having any food at the inn during your stay. -quiet. - good heat/air con plus heater in bathroom

- up several flights of stairs. There's an elevator, but this might be a problem if elevator is out of order. - breakfast is small and a block away.

The location was in the old town and for that it is the perfect location. It’s 4 floors up and the manager let me in. I did not see them again until check out. They were very pleasant. The accommodations were good. It was clean, had a lovely balcony and big bathroom.

This is nothing to take away from the accommodations itself but want to share from a solo female travellers experience about the area itself. I felt safe within the accommodations but it is definitely a tougher area when I’m off the property as a solo female traveller so I made sure to be aware but never had any issues to mention. Again, my solo issue, I didn’t really see anyone in the accommodations my whole stay so I was a little nervous but the owners let me know I could contact them at anytime so that helped so I felt safe in that and the fact the accommodations and building is so secure.

I stayed in 2 places in Naples and this one was so much better in all aspects (facilities, cleanliness and price) . It was a room in an apartment and it looked like there was one more room. Apartment is in excellent location, building itself is very atmospheric, sweetest host (she might not speak perfect english, but she explained or showed everything that was needed). There was also shared kitchen with stove, big fridge, coffee machine (and coffee) and some drinks too! Our room had big closet, italian balcony, TV, mini fridge and quite big bathroom. Breakfast was included too. It was clean and tidy. With such price it exceeded our expectations and host melted our hearts. I think host relies on the expected arrival time you specify while booking the room to meet you at the property. So make sure to keep her updated if time changes.
