Evvvvvverything!! This has been the best experience of our lives. I fully cried because we had to leave as there were no rooms for me to stay longer, which we didn’t realise when booking how much we loved it here. I am coming back and staying here. No fault at all. Scary trying to find our location with the taxi 😁 as the streets can only be driven through with a certain pass. However that added to the best experience ever!!! All our love is in Napoli now, NapoliViva being in the perfect location!!

That I couldn’t extend my stay 😢🥺

Communication was fantastic with the property. Salvatore contacted us via whatsapp the day before to get our ETA and was super helpful and friendly. We were given some great food recommendations and the hotel was ideally situated within the historical centre. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was a voucher for a Café down the road where you could have a coffee and pastry included.

We were in the room attached to the communal space and Even though there were signs up in the hotel to be respectful with noise, we were woken up at 5am by other guests banging around in the kitchen area.

We rented three rooms and two were absolutely superb. A good size, comfy beds, big windows, good sound proofing also (as Naples can be very noisy). The rooms were clean, Salvatore was so helpful and let us leave our bags there before check in. There was a little communal kitchen with coffee machine and the bathrooms were clean with modern showers! Right in the heart of Naples location ans breakfast just a short walk away in a piazza which was a great start to the day.

The third room did not have a proper window so it felt a bit airless and was less spruced up.

Second time in Naples staying here. Excellent location just on Spacca Napoli in the middle of the famous street filled with cribs. Had balcony overlooking this street which is wonderful to hear the hustle and bustle below. It is also within walking distance to many of the touristic places. We were met by Salvatore who showed us to our room and explained how things work. He even suggested some good Trattorias and pizzerias, although you cannot really go wrong in Naples. There is also a small kitchenette with a very good espresso machine. For breakfast you have to go to a nearby cafeteria who serve delicious Italian pastries and coffee.

I loved hearing the people paying by at night and the vendors seeing up in the morning but if you want complete silence then this is not for you. The windows do a good job of blocking most of the noise but not completely. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Absolutely amazing value for money! A great, very clean apartment with the most comfortable bed I have slept in in Italy. Lovely balcony and fantastic location! Also, it was no problem to check in spontaneously and leave our bags.

Unfortunately currently no breakfast at the hotel as shown on the pictures. Instead you get a voucher for a nearby café. But we only received a classic Cappucchino and Cornetto there which was quite disappointing. Would be great if they could start providing breakfast themselves again or at least write that in the description!

Super friendly, helpful staff. The location is incredible in a beautiful historic building. The balcony was a highlight, as you could watch the historical centre come to life and change throughout the day and night. The soundproofing and windows to the balcony were good, especially in a loud, busy area. The hairdryer was great, not one of those annoying cheap attached-to-the-wall hotel ones. Great private travel options provided through the B&B.

The wifi didn't work, the staff tried really hard to figure out options, but both our phones couldn't connect. The rooms are located a few flights of stairs up, and there's no lift, so tricky with bulky luggage. The breakfast only included a croissant, juice and coffee from a nearby cafe which is a bit difficult if you're used to substantial breakfast. Not the easiest location to access with luggage, note the historic centre doesn't allow taxis.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of Spaccanapoli, it was easy to walk around the old city from here. In fact, you can only walk, the streets and alleys are so narrow there is no other way to travel. The room was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 3 children looking to explore. The host we met on the day was Salvatore and he was fantastic

It was a little hard to find at first as the hotel is up a side street and the plaque with the hotel name is very small and could be easy to miss.

The building was very nice, the air conditioning was fantastic after being in the hot summer sun. The wifi worked well and the staff were friendly.

The door to the room needed a door stopper and the wall near the door had a chip in it (I'm assuming from a previous BnB client). The shower also was also slightly leaking. These are minor things though, as generally it was a very pleasant experience.

Great location in the heart of the city.A fabulous room , with high ceiling , a balcony. very comfortable bed , so was cool and quite , which considering the location. is difficult . we had an excellent night sleep and stay. With a quality coffee making facility in hand , and a breakfast voucher for the Grand Cafe which was very close . But it was our host which made our stay even more memorable, checked us in with a smile and help fight tips on restaurants and bars . would highly recommend .

it’s a little difficult to find. it was a little adventure that was worth it .

Located in the heart of old Town with a balcony that has a perfect spot whit a view on the walking street full of life. Pictures you see about of accommodation are 100% true. Franco and his wife are fantastic and will be there to help you with everything. They helped me and my family to fall in love in Naples and we will come back here next year with no looking for another place. Advice for people coming with car: You will see lot of negative comments for garages on Google and you will be worried a lot (had that feeling) but my advice is to take Parking Grangusto that is 750m from the location. It is 10 min walk but you can`t drive in the old town anyway. On August 2022 we payed 20 euros for 24h and you can go in and out during your stay. Keep in mind that price can go up depending how big car you have.

There absolutely nothing bad about this place.
