A lovely b&b located in old town, we stayed in the Rosa room, comfortable enough for the two nights we stayed, breakfast vouchers given to use at a small cafe about 50m away. Consisted of one pastry, one hot drink and one cold drink. Sabrina the reception staff very nice, had lots of information including tips for visiting the city.

Cars cannot get up to the building so have to walk around 100m up an extremely busy street with your luggage. The noise from the outside was really loud, including being on the airport flight path.

Location in the heart of historic Naples down a laneway beautiful building with restored accommodation rooms that compliment the heritage Bars cafes all around can walk to central train station if you haven’t been to Naples before getting around requires good foot ware.

Arriving to the property being a B & B we were a little confused on how to access building via intercom once sorted all was great Note no transport can get you right to the door be prepared to walk with bags down laneway ( part of the experience)

Domus Rosa is very well located for seeing all the sights of Naples. We were warmly greeted by the host, Rita, who showed us our room and the facilities. We were also given many maps, brochures and other useful information on the area. Our room was spacious, with a king sized bed, and also a fold out single bed which was used by my son. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. The room was cleaned and made up daily. The bathroom was well appointed with a large shower. The hot water took a long time to come through but when it did it was plentiful. There were no tea making facilities in the room itself but there is a small kitchen with an easy to use coffee/tea machine, mugs, milk etc which could be used at any time. There was a fridge in our room which contained a mini bar we could purchase from, but was also for our use if we bought our drinks from outside. Breakfast was not provided on site but we were given vouchers for each morning for a lovely little café 2 mins walk away where we had the choice of all the pastries on offer together with a drink. Gluten free pastries and croissants were available which was vital for me. The whole area is full of eateries and gift shops and there was a good choice of restaurants for evening meals. We had a lovely week and would recommend Domus Rosa if you’re visiting Naples.

Amazing location right in the heart of the old city in Naples. Just a few minutes' walk from lots of sights, for example the Capella Sansevero museum, Naploi Sotteranea, lots of great food places. Short walk to the Napoli Centrale train station as well. Staff were really nice and friendly on check-in and very helpful throughout the stay.

The only downside was the construction work going on down the alley from the hotel was very loud in the mornings, but out of the hotel's control.

Beautiful, large individual room in a perfect old town location. Communication with the owner was excellent - she even came to guide us through the old streets when we arrived. Lots of local information provided. Comfy bed and large bathroom with separate shower in a secure quiet building.

The following are observations not criticisms. Tea making facilities were in the lobby, not in the room. Breakfast is by way of a voucher at a local cafe rather than on the premises. The B&B need notice for an airport shuttle, however a taxi rank is nearby.

Everything was perfect! We arrived late due to flight delays which wasn't a problem for the host who stayed on for us and took time to help us find the property as the cab was unable to drop us to the door. They were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother. By the time we arrived we were hot and tired and were immediately given cold drinks. The room is utterly gorgeous and the facilities of the Air BnB were great. Fab location too.

Took a while for the hot water to reach the shower but we soon got into the habit of turning the tap on a few minutes before we needed it.

We stayed in the Rosa room and found it beautiful and very clean! Sabrina & Salvatore were incredibly helpful & accommodating, staying late to check us in after significant flight delays and even walked us to the breakfast spot in the morning 😁 It's a little hard to find at first, but in a very bustling area with lots of restaurants etc around, but quiet for sleeping.

Great bustling area but we had a lot of luggage and the cab couldn't go on the street, so it was a bit of a hike to get there. The Rosa room itself is beautiful, but the balcony view is in an enclosed courtyard parking area

Amazing location, right in the historical center and busy streets of Naples. Sabrina, who greeted us, was extremely helpful with tips for the city and everything regarding the room. The room is quite big and realistically how you expect it from the pictures.

The balcony mentioned in amenities is just a tiny little space and you can't stand on it. There was no signal in the room, especially the bathroom.

We stayed in the pink room tgis time and it was very spacious and quiet. Sabrina was very helpful with everything including replacing lost phone.Having her there made iy feel like we were staying with a friend but a very patient one! The location was central to everything. It was great being able to leave our bags and go on a tour and then come back even after Sabrina had left. All the advantages of a bnb plus an excellent reception function.

Preventing the shower from watering the floor waa a bit tricky but we got better at it!

Beautiful room with nice amenities: serene blue lights in bathroom, balcony with electric security shade, mini-bar, and great coffee in the common area. The hostess, Rita, also was very friendly and provided a lot of information.

Travelers need to be aware this is in a pedestrian-only area which requires a 5 minute walk to the nearest taxi pickup so travel light--pulling one carryon is easy but two suitcases would be tiresome.
