The hotel was located in the city historical center on side street from the main street - Via Maqueda.- Lots of bars and restaurants in the proximity so you are close to the action. Great location, also connected with other streets and objectives so in a 2.5 km or 2 miles radius of the hotel you have the main attractions to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful, present at the reception. The room that we got was clean and big, enough to go around for 2 persons. Decent continental breakfast, enough to start you in the morning. Good coffee. Overall good price/quality rapport.

The shower cabin was a bit to small for me( 1.85 m height, 85 kg) but the shower head had good pressure. The AC didnt work but was ok, the weather was not that hot to require AC.

Location excellent, staff excellent. We arrived by airport bus, went until the end station. Maybe upon arrival it is worth to check previous stops, can be closer to the hotel. For departure buy your ticket in advance for the airport bus you want to travel to the airport, can happen you won’t get ticket due to fully booked status, and better to go to the starting station, easier to get on the bus, and the ticket office is also close.

rainstains on ceiling shower cabin was moldy the bed had an extra iron frame, my and my husband we hit tibia on and on:) and mosquitos.

Had stayed there previously and liked that it wasn't a big hotel. Good location. Nothing on this stay. But, I had a very different experience on my 2nd part of my stay. And they(Booking.com or whoever) will not send me the review form

Nothing that I didn't already know.about Also there was multi level construction right across. But they didn't start until 7:30-8:00 That too is unavoidable.

Hotel is located in old bulding, and it was wisible that time leaved a mark on it, but that is not their fault

Excellent service from all the staff. Breakfast was very good with lovely service. Location was excellent. 15 minute walk to central train station. Room was comfortable and had air conditioner. Cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed on the second day.

Shower was a little uncomfortable and not very clean.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all questions asked. Check in and check out was super easy with no hassle or confusion. The buliding is in the historic district thus is a little dated but that is part of the charm. The room was decent sized and comfortable for the two of us.

The breakfast was there but was a little small but good enough for us to get something in our stomachs to start the day. The only negative was the breakfast always seemed to be picked over no matter what time we went so we were left with what seemed like the scraps of other guests.

It was really nice! The location was the best possible, the staff was friendly. :) if I decided to go to Palermo again, I would choose this hotel again.

Location, location and location! The hotel is mere minutes away from the Cathedral and the Via Romana so it makes for a great base of operations. Bed was decent and air conditioning functional most of the time. There is a breakfast downstairs from 7:30 onwards, fairly standard but edible. Nice staff who are willing to hold on to your keys while you are roaming the streets of Palermo. Hassle-free check-in and check-out.

Lack of soap in the bathroom and a funky shower (it takes a while for water to come out). Overall though it is a very good money for value, and exceptional location.

Great location in central Palermo and excellent value for money. Pleasant, helpful, polite staff. Decent enough breakfast. Guests able to leave luggage if arriving before check in.

Breakfast needs improvement. Some fruit would be wonderful given all of Sicily's amazing sunshine and plants. Too much sweet things at breakfast (almost like eating dessert). The breakfast items also never change.
