- breakfast is very good. there are gluten free products. the hall where the breakfast is served has a beautiful view to the harbour. - although our first impression about our room (room no 201) is a bit old, after some time due to its cleanness and size, you start not to see the oldness of it. in addition to that, at the first instance, due to the noise from the cruise ship harbour, you think that you will never sleep well, but the beds are so good and after some time, you realize that you are in need of that sound which makes your travel happier. - location is good, but you have to take into consideration of 15-20 minutes walking to the old centre of the city. - personnel is very helpful, especially Yulia from the reception, lady that cleans our room and Giovanna from restaurant whom we were confronted more are worth mentioning with their smiling faces and helpful attitudes. - diner open buffet is very good to a reasonable price.

- although the personnel warned us implicitly about not using the back neighbourhood way (which is more interesting for us) instead of the main road to hotel due to a potential unsafe situation, but, we even participated to a wedding party at night there. I always believe the phrase which I read in a website about Palermo "they are not bad people, they are only poor people". so, in my opinion, there is no real problem about the location.

3 rooms booked for proximity to MSC Cruise port. Even better than expected (6minutes to Port Gate). Easy access to City Centre (10mins) and 20mins to Old City. Staff exceptional - couldn't have been more helpful (good English). Room décor basic but spacious and impeccably clean. Lounge really spacious and comfortable with good views of Port while we waited for embarkation. Breakfast excellent with goof variety of food (hot & cold) in top floor panoramic restaurant. Used it for another 1 night stay on return from Cruise. Would definitely recommend!

Shower tray leaked. Only 1 night stay so reported it and promise to be fixed.

breakfast, view, and location is great. manager took care of our complain immediately and switched our room that is more to the standard.

The first room we got was not to standard, towels are like wash clothes with holes and there was swedge smell coming from the bathroom in the morning.

Very big room covers all your needs, spacy bathroom, tea/cofee in the room. Good and secure parking behind the hotel (the parking has about 35-38 places for cars and even in the night there were some of them free, Feb/2025/Friday). The breakfast on the 7th floor sala was very good. Close to the Teatro Politeama (~700m walking distance) and city center

The hotel staff were awesome. Kudos to Antonella, Sarah and others for representing Ibis so well. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety. Location is really good for exploring the city center area. The front desk recommended a car service that was fantastic. We used them daily and never any issues. Ask reception to provide you with contact info for Silvio’s car service. You won’t be disappointed with the vehicles, drivers or the price!

It was very handy to get to, and within a short walking distance to the centre. The staff were lovely, so kind and helpful! The food was good, and the breakfast was fab! We enjoyed it every morning! We will be sure to come back again! We had a late flight and the staff allowed us to leave our suitcases at the hotel for pick-up later on. There’s also a 24/7 bar with some snacks and drinks operated by the reception.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they help us to understand the nice locations at the city and book a taxi for a super early mornig ride. The rooms were clean and confy, we even got a bathtub in the room that was a nice touch.

The breakfast could have been better, they didn't have much variety. The sweet stuff was good, but other options not as much. Besides that, no complains.

Location is very convenient to those arriving by ferry. It is within short walking distance to the historic center of Palermo. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with views of the port with ferries coming and going. Good breakfast at the terrace restaurant on the 7th floor overlooking the port.

Restaurant for dinner was buffet style only. The terrace restaurant is located on the 7th floor with great views of the port and harbor. It could be a nice venue for a quality restaurant with service and a la carte menu instead of a buffet.

Its a Ibis style hotel! Therefore all good, but nothing extra fancy. You get what you pay for. Room was great. It was suite - so spacious. Parking lot was behind hotel. Just park the car and later at reception you will get coin to exit parking. It was free of charge. Its not guarded or anything else. But was fine for us. Location: - easy to reach with car. Large street in front of hotel. For some might be an issue with sound. - It takes ~20-25 minutes walking to reach old town of Palermo. - 10 minutes walking - streets with restaurants - Located near harbor - so you can get nice views if you have room on top floors. - Hotel in not located in best view location. But it felt safe and ok for late evening walking. Breakfast was ok. Not the best one, but was ok. You will have breakfast with a view. Lobby bar works 24/7.

The hotel location is decent. It is near the commercial harbor, so you can expect some noise while you are in the bar on the 7th floor. The staff was the highlight, very polite and helpful.

The room could have been organized better. It doesn't lack space, but it lacks a bit of organization. The wardrobe section could be better, and there were just two plugs in the room, one at the mini working space and the other on one side of the bed. The breakfast was modest.
