The location was perfect. Restaurants, stores,pharmacies, and shops surround the place.. VERY close to all the places we wanted to visit.. Daniel and Marvin were available every time we needed help. Both were kind and professional. MY request for an early check in was granted. They both respond to.communications promptly. MARVIN guided us where to visit and dine. Joey and the rest of the crew kept our room clean every day. They also let us borrow their weighing scale. Although the building is old but our.room was.updated. PAssepartout was part of our unforgetably awesome.vacation in Rome.

Although it's necessary, the construction and the banging for a part of the day were loud .

This property was so unique and puts you in the perfect location to explore Rome. There is a market and restaurants right below you. (great if you are traveling with kiddos and want to be closer to your hotel for dinner) We loved the modern design. Not only was it a great stay but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Marvin gave us a list of great places to see and eat in the city. He also mapped it out for us so it was easy to find and plan day by day. (or how to do as much as possible in the two days we had). Let me tell you, listen to those recommendations! They really are great restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this hotel!

I truly loved this hotel, it’s an old building so it is a bit noisy when people come in or on the streets outside. that really doesn’t bother us, because I think that’s what you get when you are in the hustle and bussle of Italy. (only mentioning this if you are someone who really needs a quiet space).

Mervin, the desk clerk was exceedingly helpful. The manager, Daniel, also did what he could to make our stay in Rome more enjoyable. The hotel is on a beautiful street with restaurants, cafés, Frigidarium gelato store, a tiramisu shop, and several vintage and antique shops. Great security.

The hotel reception is on the second floor. When coming in the front door at night, at first sight the ground floor of the old building looks worn and a bit dingy, but once you go up the elevator, you find the hotel quite nice and comfortable.

Great location, fantastic communication, very clean, quiet but right in the middle of everything. Helpful property managers. No faults.

The most spacious place I’ve ever stayed!! Very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and recommended tourist attractions and provided a map. The moment you walk in, you feel looked after. Shops and restaurants out the front are great and one in particular has the best gelato. Long lines form when it’s really busy.

The rooms were lovely and very large. We stayed in the apartment ate wete really happy with the size of it. The man at the desk (Marvin?) Was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He gave us maps and info on the areas. The location couldn't be better and is in the middle of everything. This is the best area in Rome to stay in.

Amazing location, stylish interior, essentials provided. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Beautiful high ceiling. Wifi works correctly. Hospitable staff.

Our stay was in winter, and tile floor was pretty cold, and no slippers provided. Poor window view.

The reception was very kind and helpful, and went the xtra mile to help us. Rooms are quite basic but have all you need and are spacious and clean. Best of all for us was the location - lovely area, lively but not noisy, and close to many major sites.

I think they just repainted - you could smell some paint still.

It is all about expectations connected to a price. In other capital cities in Europe you will get much higher standard for the cost, but that’s Rome! So embrace it and enjoy. I loved our room, the mix of modern and old Rome touch. The bathroom was new and clean! The location is fantastic. But it was also service, from cleaning ladies to receptionists - I need to name Marvin, who was so friendly and helpful. If you arrive after the reception is closed, you get very good instructions how to self check-in, with video! We managed to come before that and received warm welcome with cool tips what to do.

Only thing which bothered me in the room was the sofa, which looked cheap and it was not possible to close it fully. Oh and windows do not block sound from the streets much. But after all the Rome adventures we slept like babies anyway 😉.

Great location, stylish interior, comfy bed and very clean. supermarket is downstairs so you can get something for breakfast.

The rooms are situated in the historical building and the windows are very thin. Our room was overlooking the street and you could hear everything happening outside. It was not a big problem for us, but if you need silence to fall asleep, consider other options. Another thing - would be really great if there was not only tee, but also coffee machine with capsules in the room.
