Location great, not far from Piazza Navona. Nice breakfast, not the same thing every day. Room & shower good. Instructions to get in were good. Elevator is a little quirky, when you get out, you are outside, but not a problem.

Great location, staff were friendly

For first timers it’s very hard to locate the facility there should be signs in the highway downstairs and more clarity on how to access the place it’s a little scary

We arrrived early in thr morning and our room was not ready and Harrison welcomed us so nicely and offered us a coffee and a croissant. Also it was so easy to communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp and they organised our airport transport perfectely. Though there is only a very small breakfast it is sufficient.

The stairs are a little bit narrow and steep and the room door was not really soundproof so in the morning when more peapole were having breakfast it was a little bit loud.

The room was big and spacious, the bed, was big and comfortable. The view from the mini balcony was of a great Roman street, lots of great restaurants/ bars/ shops, with windows closed you couldn't hear anything, so you sleep well. Cold air conditioner which we needed in the intense heat/humidity, of August. Breakfast was typical Italian, and Harrison is just perfect in his position. The b/b is in an amazing old building, with a beautiful facade in a great area of Rome, it was private and secure, just how you imagine a Roman room to be.

Apart from the bed being made, the room felt dirty, I know the tiles on the floor are original (that's what I was told) but they looked grubby and really dirty. (I'm sure a specialist could come in and maintain them) The overall cleanliness of the room felt as if it needed a really good clean, walls, skirting boards, and bathroom, (all needing a good clean) And you could hear the people upstairs walking around in their room, so loud and also when they were in their bathroom, which can't be helped in these old buildings, I know.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright. It had a lot of unique charm made the holiday extra special. Harrison was so kind and helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations every day for places to eat or get coffee. He was especially kind to give us a breakfast tray as our flight out was early and he didn't want us to miss out and he organised the transfers to the airport for us. My partner and I would love to stay again and we will definitely be recommending.

The breakfast was delicious. The 16th century building was great and the room was huge with a gorgeous ceiling with original wood beams showing. The washroom was large, and the room was private, set back from the common room. A 10-minute walk from the Pantheon and even closer to the Piazza Navona with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Check-in was easy and communication was clear. Harrison went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure - so welcoming and helpful. When I had an emergency and no cabs were taking me, he walked me down to a nearby taxi stand and arranged my trip.

The shower door had a sign on it that it was being repaired, but this wasn't an issue.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable bed, spacious room. Had a good nights sleep, despite the busy location. Helpful staff - special thanks to Harrison. Breakfast, although limited, is included in the room price which is always a positive. Complimentary water always welcome too so another plus. My only comment is that it would be good to provide a kettle in the room for the option to make tea or coffee in the room. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Located in a beautiful building with lots of charm but some of this charm was lost as we had to make the bed for our daughter ourselves. Two sheets and towels were left on the bed and we had to hunt for duvet inner, pillows and under sheet. It's not a cheap room and I had expected much more than this as we had booked for three people. Reception closed at 1pm so we tried messaging and calling for help twice but got no reply for 1.5 hours. The receptionist apologised the next morning...so I have rated the place an 8 rather than the 7 that I was going to do. Lovely breakfast

The room was beautiful and very spacious and clean. The breakfast was vast and had a great selection. I loved the location, with tons of shops and restaurants right outside the doors.

Given the location, which was also a positive, we were kept up one night with a very loud group who drank and sang for hours right outside the hotel. Even with the windows and doors shut up tight it sounded like they were in our room! The lift was also out of service and it was quite a trek up several flights of stairs to our room which was exhausting for my mom to do several times a day as we came and went.

Harrison, at the front desk, was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel extremely comfortable. He let us drop off our luggage and change prior to exploring for the day (prior to check-in time). The building was extremely secure! Our room was much bigger than we expected and the tile in the room appeared authentic and gorgeous. We had big french windows that opened to the small street below (the cutest street ever) filled with restaurants, bars, stores, and people. The free breakfast in the morning was perfect, they even had gluten free options for me! The location was honestly the best part. When you walk out of the building, you are immediately immersed in Rome, however it was not too touristy or busy. Most of the restaurants we tried on the street were all delicious as well! I would 100% stay here again anytime we visit Rome.
