Everything very clean, room was even bigger than expected, (bathroom as shown in pictures), comfortable bed, air conditioner worked perfect, which is appreciated for summer days. Location could not be better, close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, short walk to Fontana di Trevi and main streets. A variety of restaurants, osterias, gelatos, shops ; and, though busy streets nearby, not noisy. The satff was very friendly, informative and accomodating. Both Jean and Jose were amazing! Drinking water available at corridor You can leave luggage after checkout and transportation can be arrange through them. Not many toiletries and dishware, also no elevator, which is expected for this type of lodging and we knew in advance.

the location was perfect for us as it’s so central to a lot of the touristy areas but also good for walking and exploring. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL and so accommodating. Having breakfast on the roof terrace was a perfect start and the room was clean and comfortable with good air con and plenty of space. the bathroom was a good size, the shower was on the smaller side but still big enough for what we needed it for. we’re already planning our next stay here

First and foremost, Jean was awesome to work with! He and his staff were extremely gracious, kind and accommodating. Arranging the private transportation to/from FCO was seamless and reasonably priced. The rooftop terrace was a blessing. It allows you to relax in space which is outside and has a nice view. It was welcoming to be able to unwind, share a bottle of wine and chat about the days' journey. Also you can't beat the location of this hotel. We highly recommend staying here.

Not that is mattered to us, but for those concerned about "steps". No elevator here. So ya gotta haul luggage up/down some stairs. And like us, if you walk in excess of 10+ miles [16+ km] a day, then those stairs will be a decent workout!

This was our third visit to Rome and our second stay at the Navona Resident Charm Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located; it's within walking distance of many major attractions and surrounded by a multitude of restaurants. Despite being in a bustling area, particularly on weekends, the hotel is situated on a very quiet street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness that we truly appreciated. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any needs or questions we had. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will return to the Navona Resident Charm Hotel on our next visit to Rome. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Location was second to none, on the most incredible, authentic Roman street. Full of shops, delicious restaurants and everyday Roman hustle and bustle. Loved every minute. So much to see, the Piazza, 5 mins from the Pantheon, 10 from Trevi, 25 from Vatican - all by foot. It was away from the throngs of people but still in the thick of everything The hotel was just beautiful - Jean is an exceptional host and the room was absolutely spotless - as a female solo traveller I felt exceptionally safe. The hotel is an old Italian townhouse with bags of character - so there are stairs etc, leading to the most beautiful little roof terrace. If and when I return to Rome, this is where I will be staying. Thank you Jean for making me feel so welcome and for a truly magical weekend.

Location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants in close proximity and all of Rome's main attractions within ready walking distance. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start each day. The room was very comfortable, and the coffee machine a blessing in the morning. The staff were fantastic, in particular Jose who provided a detailed briefing on arrival, helping us with our itinerary and providing great recommendations for restaurants. Also fantastic in arranging a car to the airport.

Stairs to the room and terrace may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues, and also the stairs to the loft are quite steep. Beds could be a little more comfortable with the addition of a mattress topper or the like.

If you like sleep with open window, then as street has a lot of restaurants, it is a little bit noisy 4. Breakfast was too simple. We in the end only had it twice and other days just went somewhere else as wanted something warm

The location was excellent - everywhere we wanted to visit was no more than 20 mins walk. Jose (Reception Manager) was excellent. He gave us great tips for exploring the city and great advice when it came to eating out. The room was clean and tidy and well enough equipment for a short break. The access to the roof terrace during the day/evening was a real bonus after a full days sightseeing. Breakfast was simple, but enough to fuel you for the day.

Facilities are limited as you’d expect from a B&B, but as a base to go exploring the City you couldn’t ask for more!

A little gem in the heart of Rome. Email contact with the proprietor Jean, was fast and professional. The staff were brilliant, always willing to assist with anything. The breakfast (Bed & Breakfast in price) on the roof overlooking Rome was excellent and the staff were so helpful. I loved my compact room, ensuite and bed in the loft! Beds and lined (and generally the whole residence) were impeccably clean & fresh. The swipe card to access the main door & individual bedrooms was an advantage (easily kept with you on travels). Jean organised a taxi to pick me up at the residence for my trip to the airport. Overall, nothing was a problem and the friendly, courteous and willing to help staff made my stay memorable :-). Definitely value for money as Rome, like most cities is quite expensive.

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend (Fri-Mon) coinciding with the Pope's funeral and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jean and his colleagues were friendly and very helpful in giving us advice on the locality and in how to get around the city. The hotel is in a superb location for getting around: we walked everywhere to all the best known sites, it's very close to the Pantheon, and from there on to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Very handy for St Peter's square, and in a different direction it took us half an hour to walk to the Coliseum. The hotel is very well located for restaurants and bars, yet is also in a quiet spot for the city centre. A great feature of the hotel is the breakfast terrace, especially if the weather is good. We'd both unhesitatingly recommend: thanks again to all at the hotel for a very enjoyable stay.
