The property was in a great location, around 10 mins to the tower and city centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff on reception were so lovely and welcoming.

The room was slightly basic but perfect for a few nights. We had to leave our key with reception whenever we went out which was a bit odd, but again the staff were so friendly we were comfortable with it.

The location of the villa was close to the bus station and the city centre. Also the room was clean, the staff was very helpful, they helped us leave our bags at the hotel before we checked out and helped us find a local taxi to go to the airport.

The size of the room for 3 people was a bit small

I loved how friendly and accomodating the staff are. Thank you for welcoming us! A few steps from the leaning tower of Pisa. There are eateries around the area. They also provided parking. It's a classic type of accomodation. Nothing brand new or modern. If you are looking for a budget accomodation, this is it.

It was not expensive in the second week of April and 10 mins walk from Leaning Tower of Pisa. Airport is 10 mins by taxi, just tell the reception and they will call it.

Facilities were okay but not great but not complaining, you get what you pay for.

Very nice and clean hotel with recently renovated rooms and new textiles. Staff was helpful with everything and also helped us with the parking. Good location near the tower.

A water cooker would be nice in the rooms.

The location of the villa is very good few minutes away from the square of Miracles on foot. The room was nice and comfortable , the staff was friendly , and kind, especially the man who served us breakfast and the recepsionist man in the morning .

The only thing I didnt like was the lighting in the room , it was a little pale for me. But this is relative.

A lot of people complain about room 101. We didn’t have any complains about street noise. 24/7 staff, 25/7 you can buy food and drinks, staff is friendly and prices are good. Parking is also good.

The Villa is placed very close to city center, 5 minutes walking distance from the Tower of Pisa. The room was big and clean.

We had a room with the window to the street and the noise was quite big. We did not like the breakfast, the staff was very nice and they served us orange juice and coffee, but the selection of food was poor.

Great accommodation option!! Great guys at the reception, there is a great place with self-service (drinks) where you can sit in the evening and share your impressions!!! I recommend!!!!
