I loved the building and how friendly the owner were. They helped before we got there and their directions to get to the hotel were excellent. the room was clean and spacious and the bed was big and comfortable.

The only thing was the breakfast. We were sent to a cafe which was only a two minute walk so that was fine but when we got there I’ve never met such a rude server and the breakfast was simply inadequate. When we have our ticket we were simply told croissant and cappuccino. No other options. when I said my wife didn’t like cappuccino and asked for hot chocolate she was bluntly told no leaving her with no drink. When my wife put her water bottle on the counter she was rudely demanded to take it off.A croissant wasn’t really the breakfast we had expected, it was pretty pathetic. it’s a shame the hotel chose that restaurant because they certainly aren’t close as far as level of service.

Signor Simone is a very welcoming and helpful host, and dei Viaggiatori is in an ideal location, 10 minutes from the station, close to the city centre with very good places to eat, and 10 minutes from the cathedral and monuments. Our room had spectacular views across the Arno. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and both it and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. We also had access to a shared space with microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Unbeatable value for money and highly recommended. We're already planning our next visit.

Very clean and large room. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Lovely open bathroom. Good air conditioner (it was 40/112 degrees!) The place is 12 mins walk from the train station, and about the same to the Tower of Pisa. My favourite thing was to visit the botanical gardens, also very close, and spend time looking at the very impressive variety of plant species. The hosts at the hotel were very nice. There's not much in terms of a "lobby" or chill out area beyond the individual rooms. It was a quiet place to stay, with just a few rooms, so hardly any other noise in the hotel!

Was just a bit unclear how to enter the property, as far as I could see there was no info in the booking confirmation. and so we just guessed which part of the building to go to - go through the front doors and take the lift or stairs to the top floor...

The location is excellent - perfect for a one or two night stay. It's a 20 minute walk from the central train station and it is right in front of the river (also 200 meters to the main shopping street in Pisa). We arrived late at night and the instructions for self check in were very clear and easy to follow. Would recommend to stay here if you're arriving late in Pisa. The AC worked perfectly and the staff very kindly allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby after check out.

The entrance is quite dark, especially if you arrive late at night (there's a light switch on the side that we initially didn't see), but nothing to be afraid of. The B&B is on the 3rd floor and there's a small lift right by the stairs. Also, wouldn't recommend paying extra for the breakfast, it's so much nicer to go out for breakfast in Pisa!

At first we had a room that had an external bathroom which was down the hallway.We asked the owner if we could change it and they did. Our second room was much better and had its own bathroom. There are teas and coffees on the premises as well as bottled water. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great and some rooms have a river view.

There's really nothing wrong with the property. However, be aware that if you book a room with an external bathroom, you will need to walk past the reception and the living quarters before you get to it. This might not be a problem for some, but if you need to go several times or during night, it's not ideal.

Multi use building Access from street was good but no signs in lobby as what floor to access for B&B.Signage would be great.(3rd floor).We called and they helped us. Shower in room 6 was a nice shower but position of shower head caused water to go on floor. Not a problem for us but may leak to lower floor .

Dei Viaggiatori is like your home. An amazing Pisa house welcomes you from the very beginning. He dominates both sides of the city. Garibaldi welcomes you on one side and the busiest street of the city on the other. Walking along the banks of the Arno, when you return to the hotel after walking, a nice hot coffee and the best Italian chocolate will greet you. Do you want to relax, a quiet, fragrant, immaculate room. A great breakfast when you wake up in the morning.The hotel has a kind owner who always responds to you, the smell of which greets you. What could be more.

The room was large and located in an antique building with a wonderful atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the Arno. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. We had an espresso machine to use every morning.

The location is good but not so great since you have to cross the old city for the main attractions, although it is also a very nice walk. Breakfast was in a place a couple of blocks away and somewhat frugal, but it was ok too. The WiFi signal was weak.

It’s great location to all the attractions and shopping. All are just a step away from the hotel. The owner are very friendly & accommodative. The room is very clean and big.

No dressing table nor mirror. The room has a garden table & chairs. Suggestion to the owner-as the room comes with outside private bathroom it will be great to have a dressing table & mirror to get ready & done have to hog the bathroom when the other half also need to use the bathroom too

This B&B is a room on the third floor of a large sturdy building along the river. We were able to check in a little earlier. (They answer the chats - and the phone when we were outside on the day of arrival). The view was wonderful, and the location is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the leaning tower. Very friendly people, spotless room and linen. The website said that linen was extra - it (and shower gel) was included. New bathroom - even had a bluetooth speaker connection ! Airco was very nice to have too. They didn't speak a lot of English, but enough (better than my Italian). They were so kind to book a taxi for us to return to the airport (in the early hours that was very prompt). The pictures are correct, and show all the rooms on offer. I would stay again, and would recommend, as the location is good, the view is lovely and the rooms are nice.

The breakfast was a selection of packaged cakes, toast and jam and one coffee pods/tea bag in the room. I didn't notice any emergency escape directions anywhere. I didn't see an inner courtyard or balcony, but maybe these are dependant on the room given. Ours had the lovely view of the river.
