Everything! Great pool, staff very friendly, good location! We walked into the centre of Pisa in 20 minutes, an easy and pleasant walk. Our time by the pool was peaceful, relaxing and we great enjoyed drinks poolside provided by a friendly barman - bliss!

The restaurant was a little disappointing- although it may be separate from the hotel itself. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly but the bread was stale, the options were quite limited and our dessert was a frozen tiramisu that hadn’t quite defrosted. Not an awful experience but I wouldn’t recommend visiting the restaurant, go into Pisa to eat if you can!

We were upgraded to a suite, so it was big, with bath in centre of room and separate shower toilet. very Comfy bed The food was delicious, but think the restaurant is a seperate to the hotel (paid the restaurant not on the room) breakfast was varied and tasty too! ten mins walk to leaning tower of pisa, 15 mins in taxi to main station, ideal location

the fact that there was no phone in the room incase of emergency! The reception area was stunning, but the upstairs rooms could do with a lick of paint and a good clean. I did see a used condom next to my sunbed, so that was disgusting, but all in all a good stay!

The room was very nice and clean with a view on the swimming pool. We spent couple of hours on the swimming pool which was clean and new. Breakfast we did not take but instead had a coffee in the room.

One thing was very unpleasant, my wife went down in the morning to order a coffee in the bar area and the waiter asked her to pre-pay her coffee which is inacceptable. I called the restaurant manager and told him that it is the first time in my life that in a 5 star hotel a client is asked to pay before the drink or food is served and he said that they had problems with people that consumed and ran away without paying to which I said in any case these are minority and not a huge loss if they did not pay for their coffee or water!!!!

Think of it as an airport hotel and it's outstanding. It's convenient for visiting Pisa though the traffic into town was horrendous. I realised it's perfectly walkable when I couldn't get a taxi back to the hotel. The staff were terrific and the pool area good.

The room was facing a major road, so not the quiet room we requested. However it was ok The dinner room is a bit soulless. Ok for a fuel stop but a bit like an airport lounge

The welcoming nature of the staff and their willingness to help. Marcello was the perfect host in the restaurant on our first night and continued to be a joy to talk to throughout our stay. His female colleague who was working at the bar on Tuesday afternoon was one of the most delightful people you could meet whilst on vacation.

The gym wasn't open. The wifi didn't work in the room, also the air conditioning in the room was switched off.

We really enjoyed the Pisa Tower Plaza. We arrived earlier than check in time and the staff was very accommodating. They told us that we could use the pool while we waited for them to prepare the room. Very classy. The hotel is located about a mile from the city but is easily accessible by taxi. The room was very comfortable as was the large bed. The bathroom and shower were spacious. The restaurant served good food and the staff was friendly. The pool area was well kept with plenty of lounge chairs.

The property was very nice and the staff was helpful, We stayed in a suite although we did get upgraded from a standard room, the onsite restaurant was very nice and well-priced would highly recommend and the view of the tower of Pisa from our room was great.

The hotel is slightly further from the main city centre than we anticipated however is within walking distance of about 20 minutes.

The staff were amazing couldn't do enought for you.the hotel was very clean.we were out of season so nothing to do at the hotel and immediate surroundings.but pisa was on 10/12 euros in taxi

Not much to do at the hotel.the restraint was open for breakfast and dinner choice ok but not expansive so we had to order out certain nite.but these are just small critics we loved our hotel and staff

The property was very nice and the staff were very helpful. We booked a suite and did get upgraded from one to two suites at no extra cost. Spacious room with nice balcony with amazing view of the Pisa tower from our rooms. The onsite restaurant was very nice and breakfast excellent. Very good location, walking distance to the Pisa tower, and convenient for airport. For people travelling with car is good, cause there is a plenty parking space.

Only stayed one night but a fantastic stay it was! Staff are so friendly and speak many languages, very accommodating. there is a grand piano in the lobby and they encouraged me to play it, this was very nice. Room was comfortable and lovely, and is in walking distance from the tower and other attractions. a Brilliant stay.

as i only stayed one night and spent most of the day in the city, i dont have anything i didnt like about this hotel, i would recommend staying here!
