We had a lovely room on the second floor with a small balcony overlooking the street and the rooftops. The staff were very friendly & helpful and advised on best places to park (we managed to get a free space just around the corner). The location is perfect, right in the centre of the old town of Ragusa Ibla and steps away from the atmospheric streets with buzzing bars & restaurants. Breakfast was very nice with a varied selection. On the whole a very nice stay and perfect location for visiting the Baroque hill towns.

The actual terrace on the top floor, even tho' it had great views, was unfortunately now looking a little tired so we didn't really use it during our stay.

My stay at Terrazza dei Sogni, located in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, was nothing short of fabulous! At this charming B&B the highlight was a wonderful rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking in the panoramic views. Weather permitting, they offer an aperitivo on the rooftop terrace, which was a delightful way to unwind in the evening. Emilio, the owner, has truly created a beautiful and memorable experience for his guests. Each morning, I was treated to a delightful breakfast made up of homemade treats, a perfect start to the day. Emilio also thoughtfully set up a complimentary tea and coffee area in the lobby, adding to the cozy atmosphere. Additionally, there was an opportunity to purchase local wines, which was a nice touch. The rooms were modern and impeccably clean, equipped with all the essential bath necessities. Emilio went above and beyond by providing special extras such as wine and bottle openers and even earplugs for a quiet night's sleep. While Terrazza dei Sogni is not accessible by car, Emilio was extremely helpful in providing directions on where to parkin close proximity. His assistance made our arrival smooth and stress-free. On our last day we had to leave early to catch a flight, and Emilio kindly provided a take-away breakfast for all of us, ensuring we didn't miss out on his delicious homemade delights. As owner of Italian Escapes, LLC, a US Massachusetts based travel company, I will definitely be adding this property to my itineraries. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I highly recommend Terrazza dei Sogni for anyone looking for a unique and welcoming place to stay.

Cannot drive up to the door to unload luggage. However, it is not far from parking or can unload just a street away. No elevator - however Emilio carried our luggage up.

Good communication. Lovely host. We were late and I stupidly hung onto the keys and the host was very helpful and didn't charge us for the aperitivi we missed. The location is incredible as is the view from the terrace.

The person doing the breakfast was friedly and nice but needed to be chased up for coffees and they ran out of scrambled eggs but didn't think of offering to cook some more etc etc . I thought the food was overall good but there just wasn't a lot of care taken.

Charming accommodation in a charming and beautiful small city, well-located, and excellent value. Emilio really puts himself out to make guests comfortable. Our room was on the small side but efficient and spare, with a balcony that helped make it feel a bit more spacious. Bed was comfortable, and while the bathroom was pretty cramped, it was adequate with a decent shower. Breakfast was delicious with cafe/cappucino made to order and weather permitting, able to be taken to the roof deck to be eaten with a pretty wonderful view of the city. No elevator access to upper floors where the rooms are located...

I liked ËVERYTHING about Terrazza Dei Sogni!! :) I only WISH I had planned to stay longer! Emilio was an amazing host! Very friendly and helpful, was always available to help me with any quesitons. Even my attempt to find a restaurant that served a traditional Sicilian rabbit dish! :) The room was spectacular with a nice little terrace with a wondeful view and the main Terrace was also amazing. It was VERY spacious, tons of room and decked out with chairs and tables and even large pillows you could relax on! The breakfast area and selection was perfetto! :) Emilio was up and serving and interacting with everyone, was such a happy pleasant experience! Great location (AMAZING cheese and meat shop on the corner also!! If you want a fantastic experience tasting all types of local cheeses and meats, GO to Salumeria Barocco!!!) HIGHLY recommend Terrazza Dei Sogni!!

Fantastic communication in fluent English. Well before the booking we received helpful communication re parking, check in and procedures. Rooms were beautifuly appointed and our hosts were both friendly and most professional. Beautiful city and probably the best property I have stayed in for some time. Position was just unbelievable. Breakfast was full of yummy traditional Sicilian sweet and savoury food with as much fresh espresso as you could drink. The rooftop loungearea was superb with commanding views over the city. Can't reccomend this property more highly.

I should have stayed longer!!!

Fantastic host and breakfast/roof deck. Great location but don't try to park too close. There is an official parking area nearby with an entrance and exit for about one EURO per hour (less at night). Non-residents must use the spots with the blue lines. Download the EASYPARK app and attach it to your credit card and license plate. Spin the dial to set the period/time and go over because if you come back earlier and stop it the app will credit you. I had to find out this on my own after a long search for parking but I can't remember the name of the place (very close to the gardens and about 8 mins walk from the property). Definitely give them a try -- they are a class act!

Wish we had room 1 next door (was empty and the door was open so I took a peak) because it was a bit more charming and had a full balcony, but the owner said room 2 was bigger. I didn't feel that way but it might be a matter of perception on my part. We only stayed one night. nd make sure you have a few euros to pay the room tax. I got caught out by it and had to change some money even though it was only 3 EUROS. Personally the husband who for me was not as personable as his wife (didn't see him until the end) should have waived it in the spirit of hospitality but that's minor.

Relatively compact but very clean small room, but with a lovely small private terrasse. Good bed and very clean bathroom. The entire little BB seemed relatively new and well renovated with a very accommodating host. Good part of Ragusa Ibla to stay at.

Thé breakfast was ok, but nothing extraordinary. I think it would be slightly better to serve a bit more locally sourced food, like ricotta,´oranges, biscotti and cheese, and forget the little pre-packed butter and jams.

Breakfast was wonderful. Emilio was great, although we didn't see him much, as one morning he wasn't able to be there for breakfast, so we went around the corner with a voucher. Parking was free in the "pay" lot because it was LOW season. Emilio gave us directions to get to the parking, then we brought our bags to the BnB. That was perfect, and his instructions/directions were very clear.

Location is great, very central, next to Ibla Church, beautiful view from the rooftop. The host gave us clear instructions regarding parking as we easily found free parking very close to the accommodation. Quiet room, clean, coffee, tea and water available.

Wouldn’t call the breakfast exceptional as the selection was not very wide, though everything was fresh, local and good quality. Pls note that there’s no elevator available.
