Quiet area, clean, friendly

The room is in a building without an elevator. And the location of the house is very difficult, even the local people could not figure out how to find the house. The license plate is almost invisible. there are no instructions. Moreover, the facade of the building is being repaired and the door and entrance are not visible at all. I was looking for half an hour until I found the door, it turns out I passed by several times. Another of the minuses: noisy floor air conditioning, old doors with locks, no kettle. And administrators do not respond to messages through booking

- Very kind staff - Very nice room, comfortable bed, big bathroom.

- There was no breakfast in the B&B. We have received vouchers to near cafe in which we received only croissant with coffee. In the last day the cafe was closed, so we received nothing.

Friendly host. Clean rooms. It had everything that we needed.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor and there were no lifts (not perfect if you have to carry a babystroller every day). Breakfast was in another building and you can only have one crossaint and coffee.

Location is in a quiet area with the 10min walk from the metro station. Great kitchen to use, clean units.

It can be improved, not that we did not like something. I.E. We booked the "Grey Grey" room and internet connection was bad. Breakfast includes one coffee and one croissant (just not to expect a full breakfast) on a remote location, in a amazing coffee place I have to admit.

- Good location (Metro station in 7 min way) - Very nice host - Clean and spacious room with all necessary belongings (including bath accessories) - Small fridge and electric kettle to make tea/coffee if needed

- We had issues with Wi-Fi, but I guess it was only our problem - Just small suggestion to put some trash can in the bathroom, otherwise there is only one in the room and it is quite uncomfortable to through out hygiene waste in the same space you sleep in

Andrea is super nice, with the big map he showed us the good places to visit and help with planning our trips. Breakfast was also very delicious and dogs were cute. Room was also clean. And Andrea was very flexible. We wrote in Hungarian "köszönjük" (thank you) on the black board.

Friendly host, lovley clean room and bathroom, easy walking distance to the colosseum. A great hairdresser right next door! A supermarket eight near hy as well as cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was included and taken in lovely cafe just a minute away.

A+ Bed and breakfast are great! The room was perfect and beautifully presented. It looks just like the pictures and is in a great residential part of Rome, away from the hoards of Tourists. The hosts were kind and welcoming and made us feel at home. They gave us some great tips for dinner too!

We liked everything. The only thing is if you are with kids or baby there is no lift and the property is on the 3rd floor. We left our stroller on the ground floor lobby which was fine for a night but may not be all that secure for a longer stay.

Very clean. The owner was super nice and even carried my heavy luggage up the stairs. She also had a cute dog named Nina who I really enjoyed

Private, quiet and helpful hosts. Easy location with Metro close by.

Issues with the air conditioning, but it was one of the hottest days of the whole summer.
