Incredibly wonderful guest house!!! We were very lucky to get here and meet Mattia. The owner shared useful information with us. He told us when is the best time to visit the Vatican, how is better to plan a vacation, how to use the metro, where to eat and how to save money. In fact, Mattia is a very wonderful person, always ready to help and answer any questions. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with everything you need. We were pleased when find capsules for the coffee machine which Mattia left for us, that's very nice:) Location is really great. It is near the metro, buses and trams. You can get to the main places very quickly. We are glad that we got to this guest house, and we will definitely come back again!

Just a few minutes walk from the Metro station and several convenience stores and restaurants. Mattia was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. He saved us money by recommending we travel by Metro (and avoid taxis) and told us about a restaurant app that we used to get up to 30% discount at restaurants.

It was a little confusing when we arrived because the rooms are inside an apartment building and there is only a small Seven Miracles sign at the front door. Taxis are not easy to find on the street in front of the building if you plan to travel by taxi. But we never needed a taxi because the Metro was a lot less expensive and very efficient.

The guesthouse consists of multiple rooms with private bathrooms and balcony. The city centre is accesible via subway which is nearby ( walking distance ) . You can opt for walking too. The room is big enough for 2 pax. The owner, Mattia cleans the room and toilet daily and will top up any necessities. there free soap, shampoo , toilet paper and coffee pods. However be mindful that the towels and sheets dont get changed daily. Owner also prepares food and drink at the common pantry. Mattia was very helpful throughout our trip, he gave suggestion for the best local food and places to visit.

Its a journey to walk to the city centre if youre going by foot.

Everything. Wonderful place to be at to be able to explore Rome. Just perfect. I would recommend this to everyone going to Rome. Mattia is a perfect host. 💛

Very nice location, only 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum, also busses and metro around the corner. Our room was nice and clean, and we had a little terrace so that was great for morning coffee, provided by the very friendly host! A very good deal, not too expensive, clean, friendly host who gives all the information you want of need, good airco.

since all the rooms come out on a hall where the coffeemachine etc is, it can be noisy in the morning when people are up and about at an early hour, but apart from that no complains!

Mattia was a brilliant host. Made us feel very welcome, always up for a chat and introduced us to some great local beers! The room was very clean, the location was handy to the Colosseum which was awesome and the facilities worked well.

We didn't quite realise there would be a shared area between all the rooms, which was absolutely fine! It just reduced the feeling of privacy a little so not a flaw of the property at all but more of our expectations.

We had a lovely 4 nights stay at this cozy guest house. It is situated near the Termini bus/train/metrostation, so the location was great (this area of the city is not the cleanest but we did not mind that at all). The city centre and all the things you want to experience are within a walking distance (1,5-2,5km). The room was very clean and Mattia is a super nice, kind and helpful host! Highly recommend this place!

The host is very helpful, he greeted us with plenty of great clues regarding our stay in Rome. The rooms have AC and TV, and a private bathroom- and everything gets cleaned daily- which is more than we could ask for given the price we paid. The kitchen is well equipped and filled with beverages and snacks. As for location- it’s about 15 min walk from Colosseo, there are bus stations and a metro station (which will take you to Vatican in the blink of an eye) nearby. I highly recommend!

Seven Miracles should actually be called Eight Miracles because the host himself is a miracle. Little details, like instructions written out for the espresso machine, and his Wattsapp number posted, are super helpful. He was quickly available over Wattsapp for questions and he was always helpful. He was so patient and respectful with us as guests, even when we had bicycles with us. The place is meticously clean and there is coffee and tea available. The location is close enough to walk to great sites or the metro. Our room had a balcony and was light and so pleasant! I would come back to Rome just to stay here again!

comfortable apartments located near the station, all attractions are within walking distance the room was cleaned daily and a nice bonus was the provision of coffee capsules the owner of the apartment gave his recommendations on where to go, eat and what to see I would also like to note that our flight was delayed, which is why we arrived very late but Mattia agreed to the meeting and arranged for a later check-in
