The fact that everyday the room was cleaned, the bathroom was very fancy, also the room was nice, like a 3 star hotel, maybe even 4. It was a minibar in the room and that was great. Bed also very comfortable and the pilows. Nice staff service.

In the room there s old windows and it was Very noisy especially during the night, if you have problems with the sleep, it wasn t great for you. The second problem and maybe the most important was the air conditioner in the cold Days. We setted the air on 30 degrees and after a full day with the ventilation on, in the room was about 23 degrees. Also the floor was so cold that we needed to wear always the socks.

We had a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed. There were good connections to get around town and the air conditioning was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

The hotel was a little bit far away from shops and attractions

Room was Exceptional with a very nice decor. very spacious and clean. The room had high ceiling and a 3 large windows, with two being for small terraces. Location for train travellers was adequate as it is 10-12 min walking from Roma Termini. View from our room was sightseeing, part of the ancient wall relating to porta maggiore. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly especially mr. Tamer.

Location is quite a walk from the attractions, about 25 min, but only 5-7 min to the nearest metro station (given that rome’s metro network is very small) slightly expensive, but not for the given value.

I booked a room two weeks before my trip after hours and hours reading reviews. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, recently remodeled, and very large. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the train on Manzoni. We walked to the Coliseum before our tour. From our first day, we'd have an early afternoon coffee/espresso at the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. That might be my favorite part of our three days in Rome. The front desk employees were all fluent in English and very helpful with our questions and needs. I don't think I'd stay anywhere else in Rome.

My pillow was a bit too hard for me. That's the only negative I experienced.

We liked that it was close to any and all amenities that we needed within the city without it being too much of a hassle or a walk to get to anywhere in particular. The staff were all more than friendly and spoke English, albeit broken but enough that you can request anything you might need without frustration or hesitation, room was clean and well made when we returned on a night time.

No complaints from me that are worth mentioning, everything related to the problems are just the issues of travelling in a nutshell like not knowing what the sound insulation is like in your room or whether or not you need to bring earplugs etc.

Rooms were clean, modern and spacious, check in was easy and the staff were really helpful in recommending places to eat. There's a lovely courtyard you can chill out in when Rome gets too busy. If I was coming back to Rome again, I'd definitely book here. It's located a short walk from the metro so is easy to get in and out of central Rome, but its far enough away from all the expensive tourist traps

I could hear noise from the reception area from my ground floor room so if you definitely want quietness ask for a room away from reception. This is not the hotels fault, just noisy people

Exceptional staff, who really go above and beyond for you. They took my bag up to my room, told me if I needed anything how I can get in contact with reception from my room, told me all I needed to know, and recommended the BEST coffee & pastry shop which was a few minutes walk down the road. Thank you for an incredible 3 days.

My only negative was you can hear a fair amount of noise coming from other people walking down the corridors. I heard a lot of students making some noise in the corridor around 12am which did disrupt my sleep but I can’t really blame the hotel for that too much.

Nice hotel. Staff friendly and nice decor. Breakfast was nice. I really liked the bar outside at the back it was nice and quiet and chilled. Room was clean. We were given a iron when requested but a very small ironing board. The inside bar downstairs looked nice (although never open during our stay). Check in and our was easy. Lovely hotel.

I didn't have the toiletries stated in my room. I requested a few times but they never came. We ran out of toilet roll and had to ask for more but they did then bring them us. I know it can't be helped but we were given a room at front of the hotel which was very noisy as above the entrance, there is the main road and some random constant squeaky noise. But overall a nice hotel on suburbs of Rome

I loved the staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was big and spacious, the sheets and towels were replaced everyday, everything was clean. The location is perfect, just down the street from the subway and a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. Had a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

There was a slight odour in the bathroom, I think it is the pipes or the water, but the aircon had to be on all the time to get rid of it.

Very good location! Staff were friendly! Very comfy mattress. Respect for that!

The room was good, however lacked certain things. It would be great if it would already have those cheap white slippers and a kettle. Apart from that, the price we paid was with a discount and I think it's worth that. I would stay in that hotel again for the price we stayed and not for the full price.
