Location is walking distance from Termini station, good restaurants just in front, mini-mart. The service was great! very disponible for any inquiry. Room is bigger than Rome standard one and very clean! Also a bottle of prosecco in the mini bar!

As i go out late, the morning, I heard the others people checking out. But it was fine! Also, if you check in after 2pm, you will have to follow the instructions for the entrance. Was very easy! no problem! No security box maybe will be the only negative point if you plan to stay more than 1 night. It's always better to have one.

Everything was perfect. Only problem was the parking. I suggest everyone who visit this apartments to leave the car (if you arrive with the car) in the blue line parking. The cost for 3 complete days is 24 eur. Garage is 20 to 35 eur per night. The blue lines parking you can find it street before the suite and after 20pm there's a lot of free parking slots. From the suite to Vatican City with Uber will cost around 11 eur. Same to Colosseum. For eating there are a lot of restaurants. I suggest peruvian restaurants Inka. Walking distance 10min from the suite.

Trafic. I suggest to book the room which have windows looking inside.

This property was conveniently located with everything walking distance. Price excellent. Very very safe with large gates into the property which are PIN coded for security. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to travel on a budget. We will definitely be back. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, the room and bed was comfortable, the shower seemed to block at the drain as sometimes you felt you were in a bath. Food outside the room was good and the cakes very nice. The location was close to Roma Termini which was great for access, and the hotel was in close distance to reach all over the city.

The shower got blocked when in use which felt like you were having a bath, air conditioning would have been useful however it did not get to hot in the evening.

Good location Quiet, clean and comfortable room

I understood that we were supposed to have had a room overlooking the courtyard, instead it overlooked the street. However, although the street noise was, at times, noisy at night, it did settle down eventually.

Easy to find, walking distance from Termini, friendly staff, very small reception area.

Breakfast. We weren't expecting too much, but rooms are definitely not meant for having breakfast, and there just was not enough fresh "elements"-we were asked -would have loved some tomatoes and veggies -but they never appeared. Then again, there were plenty of places to eat out.

Everything was super clear and easy, our self check-in was smooth, getting the keys was straightforward and all messages were responded to promptly and thoroughly. Despite the central location we had no noise issues and slept really well. Room was spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

It's too close to the train station, so i didn't have to walk much, algo it's on a street with many bus stations. Also the bed was so nice, with enough space for everything

The wifi connection didn't get to the hole room

First room that we received was not as on the photos and it smelled bad, fortunately the owner was very kind and helpful and exchanged the room for even a bit more comfortable than ordered. Good communication and approach is the key ;)

Lovely, large, immaculate room, completely renovated, huge bathroom, nice view, great host, cool historic building with a courtyard and cage elevators. So comfortable, I wish i could have stayed longer.

Would have liked to stay longer.
