The room was clean and amazing view of the gardens from the balcony. The location was good as it was only 6 min walk from the train station and 20-30 mins to tourist attractions.

Our stay was good, however the hair dryer in the room didn’t work well with the adapter they provided. It became very dangerous when it started smoking and sending electricity outside of the plug. We told reception downstairs and got another once but were told it was smelling like that due to being a new hair dryer… this was not a case as my partner is a HV Electrician and could confirm it was arcing and short circuiting. The same issue happened with the second hairdryer. Upon checkout we informed the receptionist as it was extremely dangerous for future guests and she was going to pass the feedback on.

Walking distance from Roma Termini - 20 min walking distance from Fontana Di Trevi - Quick walking distance to many good restaurants - 20 min walking distance from a must see and have ice cream shop called Giulietta in Rome.

Perhaps they should add continental Bacon and Egg English breakfast to their breakfast, and some fresh vegetables like Tomato, Cucumber, and salad leaves and lettuce.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, walking distance to attractions but also close to a lot of public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and air conditioned.

amazing stay in Camplus hotel for 2 nights. the room was modern, clean and equipped with everything you might need. I loved the location as it´s 10 min walk from Termini central railway station, so you don´t need to take any transport after you arrive from the airport or in case you would like to take a train to another city. also it´s close to the city center and it´s a walkable distance. the view from the window was phenomenal, i´ve never experienced something like this,pure beauty and history. the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. i appreciate their extra support, they really care about your stay. Also you don´t have to pay extra fees for late check in or early check out as it tends to be a common practice in Rome. but it´s not the case for this hotel

Prime location for a stay in Rome. A short walk from the train station (Termini), which makes it super handy for getting to and from Fiumicino Airport via a direct train. It's in a prime location for both Metro travel and walking around Rome. A 30-minute walk will get you to the Colosseum, for example. The hotel itself was essentially brand new, modern, and very clean. I'd happily stay here again. An added bonus is their luggage service, which can be used if you're traveling after the checkout time. If you're lucky, your room will overlook the nearby Chiostro di Michelangelo, which has a lovely courtyard. The staff were all super friendly and helpful; they all spoke very good English too, which was great as I'm not a native Italian speaker.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room, fantastic views of ancient courtyard. Excellent AC, worked really well even though it was extremely hot. Quiet at night, slept well. Very artistic interior design throughout the hotel. There is a mini-fridge in the room which was super-helpful .

We were there four nights, the housekeeper changed the towels and remade the bed each night, which was appreciated, but she never replaced the teabags. There was a hot water maker in the room for tea, but not coffee - you have to go downstairs to the cafeteria to request a cup of coffee. Inconvenient and expensive. Also, to get into the shower you have to step up about six inches off the floor, which was difficult for me.

Rome is an expensive city, but this hotel was quite a good value for the money. The staff was friendly, the room was big enough and it has a nice view to a garden (of a museum?). As it is near to the main train station (Termini), it was easy to get from/to the airport (we took the train there and the shuttle bus back). It is not far from the centre, we walked from here to everywhere. We used to small cafés around to have an Italian style of breakfast (cornetto + espresso).

There are no closed cabinets or drawers to keep our clothes. The bed was too soft for us (but this is a matter of taste).

The location was great, right down the street 10 minutes from the main train station, Termini. The metros were beside it as well. Turn down at gregorys shop. The staff were excellent and were very friendly and very helpful with places to go, Martina was great. Michala in the breakfast room was absolutely fantastic, such a lovely welcome in the morning. He made you any kind of coffee you wanted. It was continental breakfast, crossaints, fruit , hams, and many other things. This was €10 each. The room was spacious and clean. There was a great wee restaurant opposite, had the most beautiful food and staff , called Bablos. Loads of great wee shops close by with lots of necessary bits. 👌

Nothing really, just wish the air-conditioning could have been cooler.

From outside you couldn't tell how modern the interior is. I liked the minimalist design. The room was big, the whole floor was quiet, and also the temperature was nice. The bathroom was clean and brand new, as everything else. The room TV has builtin casting so we could enjoy our shows there without any problem. We didn't use the wifi so I have no experience with that. We didn't have hotel breakfast so I too. From our window there was nice view of the Chiostro di Michelangelo. The hotel is in walking distance from Termini, however I suggest everyone to first go to Repubblica metro station and then turn to Via Cernaia. There are less people on the streets.

I have nothing to complain. It was well worth the money.

Really friendly, helpful staff! we came here to celebrate our anniversary and it didn't disappoint, the room was modern, a good size for the centre of Rome and had a lovely view out of the windows (we were lucky and had a room on the corner with two large windows and one with a balcony) comfortable bed and a great location - close to the train station, and a short walk from good restaurants (although there's a lot to choose from in Rome in my opinion so maybe that part wasn't so difficult!). There's a metro station close too, or if you want to walk there's some sights within a fairly short walk.
