It is a lovely place, clean, well-maintenance and lovely host. Room is serviced everyday. Washer and open kitchen with utilities and simple breakfast if you like. Italian Breakfast included at Fantini is wonderful. It gave me the Italian Trastevere neighborhood vibe that much needed when visiting. Its actually very close to many attractions in Rome. Very close to bus stations through a few cobblestones street. There seems to have a very good restaurant close by that I see long lines everyday! Unfortunately I was not able to try because we couldn’t fit it in our schedule. Communicating thru Whatsapp is quick and easy but its a must. Thank you Sandra and Dino!

It was not a big issue for me but I just want to put the words out there so that people won’t be so shock and gave an unfair review to the place. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so it’s not very convenient if you have mobility issue or big luggages. Other than that, thats all I need for my first Italy visit.

Good location. Easy to get to and from. Clean and warm.

Shower a bit small. Not enough normal tea bags. It would have been good to know in advance that the breakfast was served in the cafe downstairs. The people in the cafe were very friendly but not all the staff knew about the breakfast arrangement and we had no yellow tickets on the first day. It would have been helpful to have had the arrival arrangements in English. It would have been helpful to have been told that the property was on the 3rd floor and that there was no lift as my 70 year old wife found getting up the stairs a challenge.

The location is great: Trastevere is a vibrant neighborhood, but this appartment in particular was sirprisingly away from the noice. The property has an agreement with a cafe nearby to have their guests served a breakfast - it is pretty basic: a coffee, a croissant, and three ridiculous pieces of bread with an orange jam)). But still it was nice. Overall a good value for money.

The apartment is a walk up with no elevator, so it was pretty hard to het to the 3rd floor. If you are senior, or have heavy suitcases, probably not your best choice.

The apartment was basically perfect; nevertheless, we have some suggestions how to make it really perfect: more hot water (it was only average warm) and some salt and pepper and basil in the kitchen. Possibly also a sharp knife and oil :-) Communication with the owner via whatsapp was smooth. We really appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage in the common area on the last day before our flight home. Trastevere is very beautiful and great for staying while in Rome. You can easily walk to most sights. On our next trip to Rome, we might stay here again.

Dino got in touch before our stay to give us access details. We asked him a couple of questions during our stay and he responded very quickly and was always helpful. Location was superb - a little noisy in the evenings but that's what you expect when you're staying in such a vibrant part of the city, and it certainly didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast was in Da Nina which was a lovely little bar opposite the apartment. We also had dinner there one night, and enjoyed great Sicilian food. There are good facilities in the kitchen of the apartment, to make lunch, tea/coffee and to store food in the fridge. Some little snacks also provided were a nice touch. A great 4-night stay in a wonderful city!

Nothing - we were very happy with the accommodation and the service from Dino. Will definitely recommend to friends to stay at this B&B when in Rome.

A perfect location for everything! Room was a good size and although the bathroom was across the passage, it was modern and well maintained.

We're knocking 70 so carrying large suitcases up 6 flights of stairs was strenuous. We were warned and knew that was the situation but it was a reality check!! I would also suggestl they work on upgrading the rooftop facility as it's a lovely view but in a dreadful state!

It’s a beautiful old building in a great location surrounded by narrow cobbled streets with cafes, restaurants and bars. Exactly the type of place we had hoped for our first trip to Rome. The host was very accomodating, communication was easy, responsive and informative, even with the language barrier. Breakfast downstairs was great too. Overall nothing to fault

B&B Isolatiberina is located perfectly. It's in the middle of the Trastevere district and restaurants, cafés and bars are plenty. The breakfast is served in an awesome café approx. 20m distance. All you need is offered in this accomodation and Dino is very helpful. It was possible to leave our luggage in the apartment on our first day and on our last day.

location, we only had half a day and one night in Rome and managed to do what we had planned to do on this visit. Easy access to property

bidet shower was blocked, my husband ( who is very practical, managed to unjam it) We were not told about coupons to take for breakfast. lots of climbing up and down the stairs to find them in the room.

Incredible location! Safe, clean, comfortable. Private bathroom was nice since there was another couple in the room next door who also had their own bathroom.

I had some trouble learning how to use the keys on the historic doors of the building but it was a good learning experience for the future! The owner was kind enough to show up and help teach me how to operate the locks on the doors.
