Everything. Apart from its perfect and convenient location, staff went above and beyond to make sure I was arriving safely to the property, since I landed in Rome quite late. They made sure instructions were given clearly to me so I could make it with no problems to the hotel. The room was also lovely with a bathroom more than enough just for myself. Thank you so much for making my experience a 5 starts one.

The location turned out to be a hidden gem! Easy walking (20 minutes) to many historic sights, the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere area with a ton of eateries and restaurants to cater to everyone's gastro needs! We stayed in the Superior Double Room which was spacious and had a small mini fridge for our water, wine and beer. The AC worked fine and there was a balcony to also enjoy a late night drink and fresh air. Hotel access and room access codes were easy to use. Staff were AMAZING! Assisted with transfer from the hotel to the airport after our stay.

It is tucked away off of the main Piazza so make sure you have scouted it out on google maps before your arrival.

Staying right in Trastevere was very nice, since we just walked everywhere. The hotel is modern but at the same time has a cool vintage look about it. Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, and despite being very small, they were comfortable and adequate.

My only real problem was the bathrooms - there was mold on the walls and paint was flaking off in places. A very small shower that was hard to move about in and the damaged nozzle sprayed water in various directions, flooding the bathroom floor. The soap dispensers were empty so we couldn't wash our hands.

The room we stayed in was different from what we booked, in a good way! We ended up in the little ground floor apartment which was perfect. Even though the door leads right out onto the small street, it was quiet in our room throughout the night. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. We have stayed at Hotel Domus Tiberina many times in the past and will continue to stay here whenever we are visiting Rome as it’s in the perfect location, clean, and very helpful staff with a good value for the area!

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. It is located in a quiet part of Trastevere with tons of nice restaurants and bars all around. The standard rooms are small but very comfortable and the deluxe room is amazing, with a little terrace with a beautiful view. I prefer these little places to the big chain hotels and highly recommend staying here!

The only thing that could be improved is that the Wi-Fi does not work well in some areas of hotel. Otherwise there is nothing wrong!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate, clear instructions for checking in. Our room was fantastic! Had a balcony, recently updated bathroom, and all the little helpful amenities. Mini fridge, soap, shampoo and towels provided, comfortable bed, key pad number codes to the front door and our room were easy and made me feel safe. Absolutely lovely room, and quite spacious for European smaller sizes.

Nothing. It was dreamy.

The room was really comfortable, a good size and clean. The bathroom did look a little run down but this was only appearance and everything worked fine. Really nice location in Trastavere and easy to walk to other main sights of Rome.

There was no wi-fi in the room, and because of the location mobile data also had limited service so there was a problem with internet access.

Great room for the price in the area - you can walk to all the main attractions. Internet, shower, air conditioning - everything worked perfectly. I would like to mention the wonderful, kind and very responsive hotel staff at the reception - they are very nice and friendly, they gave me interesting places, gave me coffee and just had a nice chat with them. If I come again in Rome - I will definitely come back here.

The bed was too soft for me

The placement of the hotel is perfect. It’s really close to most of the monuments, the river and close to the shops and taverns for food and drinks. They also had tea and coffee to get during the day before leaving the hotel. Very clean rooms and they cleaned it everyday too.

We reserved the room with a balcony. It exceeded our expectations. We LOVED hearing the church bells just above. Regina who works the desk is very helpful in suggesting eating places. She was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a hot water kettle in the room which we appreciated. However, no cups were provided to make a hot drink.
