the room was perfect - just what we needed! on a beautiful, quiet cobblestone street in a neighborhood that did not feel like a tourist trap. close to so many amazing restaurants and nightlife,and still central and walking distance to all the attractions in Rome without being in the middle of the most touristy party’s of Rome. and the view from our room was incredible! we loved our stay here and fell in love with Rome and this neighborhood. we can’t wait to come back some day!

the only issue we had was that the shower flooded the bathroom the first couple of times we used it. but this was immediately fixed by the host who was so responsive and awesome. thank you for such a wonderful stay in rome!

Our flight was severely delayed, and we arrived in Rome after midnight. Stefania was so kind to welcome us in the middle of the night, explain the rules of the house, and help with all our questions. The room itself was very well equipped, clean. All the plumbing and taps were new and good quality like at home (usually in other hotels it's the weak side). Location is perfect - in the center of Trastevere area but meanwhile quite. Foot walk to main sightseeings of Rome. Highly recommended, will definitely stop here again.

The breakfast option was great - a voucher to a local cafe for a traditional Italian breakfast. A cornetto and a cappucino! They even provided a voucher for a different cafe when the usual was closed.

My only complaint was the stairs! It was really scary getting my bag up the top, and I am so grateful to the owners mother who huffed and puffed with me to get it up there. How I was going to get it down was on my mind the whole time (in sections!). I think if there are two of you and you haven't packed for a month like I had, it is manageable. And as the owner reminded me, it is indeed a medieval building!

Amazing location - right in the cobblestone lanes, yet on the quiet side of Trastevere. A beautiful 20min walk to Collisseum and Forum Romanum across the Tiber Island. Easy walking to many of Rome's top sights (we walked everywhere). Room was lovely, shared kitchen facilities were great, bathroom was small but well-appointed, Loved our stay here and would highly recommend. Very clean, daily housekeeping. Not much we did not like! Mattress too firm for my liking but that's personal. Staircase very very narrow and steep, so be aware if you have either a lot of heavy luggage or have mobility issues.

Everything. The B&b is small and cozzy. Perfect if you are looking for a quite place that is located in the amazing Trestevere neighbourhood and is in a short walking distnace from all the centeral places. The hosts (Stefania and Stella) are more then amazing. Perfect place for a couple or a solo visitor.

Nothing. I liked everyting about the place. The stairs inside are narrow, but it just 2 floors, so it was a very small downside.

Location is great just off the main road in Trastevere. Room was clean and very quiet at night. AC to help take the temp down at night. Love the availability of bottled water and snacks and a cold fridge to store any other goodies.

Nothing negative to comment on that hasn’t been mentioned. knew going in that the stairwell was very narrow…and it is! The building is an old medieval building and comes with character.

Great location in Trastavere—very quiet (with the exception of the high school across the street) but near the main Trastavere thoroughfares. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby and a 15 minute walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Fascinating historic building, a tower that dates to the Medieval period. Really nice updated bathroom and charming room layout. Owner Stella was very accommodating about leaving luggage before check in / after check out and was very helpful (& patient) in arranging airport taxis.

Because it is a medieval tower, the steps are very narrow and grow narrower the higher you climb. Be warned: there is no lift. We stayed on the (European) 2nd floor (US 3rd floor) and struggled getting our roller bags up and down the steps. Would not recommend if you have mobility issues and/or very large luggage. I also thought there would be a more formal breakfast since “B&B” is in the name. There’s an espresso pod maker, bottled water and packaged mini cake in a shared kitchen area on the ground level.

Very friendly staff and great location! It’s in the quieter part of trastevere, which we liked, but still very close to everything! We even walked to all the sites in Rome (about 15-25 min walks)!

The stairs to the apartment were a little bit narrow and difficult to carry the luggage up, but that is not a deal breaker!

Lovely place in a perfect location with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Apartment is spacious and kitted out with everything you could think of and the lovely host even left us a bottle of Prosecco as we were on our honeymoon :) Breakfast in the cafe down the road was great! Hosts lovely mum showed us in and gave us all the info we needed!

Air con unit quite noisy but… we were happy to have it in the heat!!

We had a wonderful stay, the location is amazing for all the sights and wonderfully quiet. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the shared kitchen area stocked for coffee and water in the fridge every day. We were certainly return to this great find in Rome.
